Without You There Is No Me (Vic Fuentes)

Lily's POV

I nuzzled my face into my pillow. Here I am crying again trying to sleep. Vic left me eight months ago because he thought I was cheating because I'm pregnant. It is his baby. I would never cheat on him. Our baby is going to be born in a month without knowing his father. I started singing The Boy Who Could Fly. I started saying without you there is no me over and over again. I got up and got dressed deciding I can't sleep. I headed to a local venue in downtown San Diego to just enjoy music. I walked in and I am instantly hit with his voice. He was singing The Sky Under The Sea. His eyes caught mine as I made my way to the front. "This next song is Caraphernelia. Thanks for breaking my heart." He said. I started crying. Jaime looked at me with sad eyes. Jaime and Mike knew I didn't cheat. He smiled at me and mouthed wait after the show. I nodded. Soon I felt a sharp pain shoot through my body. I felt to the ground. I didn't hear the bass playing anymore. I looked up and saw Jaime picking me up. "Jaime, put her down and finish the set." Vic said. It broke my heart more. I knew Vic was a bit drunk though he would never treat me like this. "No asshole, your ex girlfriend is about to have your fucking child." He said. Vic's face dropped. He called an ambulance and I saw Mike and Tony following. "Tony bring Vic." I said crying. He nodded. "Mike go with him." I said. "Nope, I am not missing my little nephew being born." He said. I smiled. He held my hand the whole way to the hospital. Once we got there I was admitted. "You need to push now miss." The doctor said. "Not without the father." I said crying holding Mike's hand. Jaime went to call Tony. They were on their way. Soon Vic came bursting through the door. "Can we have five minutes alone please." I begged. The doctor sighed and left with Mike. "Lily, I am so sorry. I just didn't want to believe we were having a baby. I am so sorry I wasn't there for you but I will be now. I love you. I have never stopped. Please can we call the engagement back on?" He asked. "Of course Vic, I love you so much. Don't leave me. I need you so much because without you there is no me." I said. He smiled and kissed me. The doctor came back in and within ten minutes I was holding my handsome baby boy. Mike an the guys came in. "What's his name?" Vic asked. The guys knew the name I picked but not Vic. "Victor Vincent Fuentes Jr." I said. I saw Vic's eyes well up with tears. "I love you both so much." He said kissing me. I kissed him back. We have been home for about a year and five months now. Vic and I are married and living together. I nuzzled my face into his chest taking in his scent. "I love when you do that." He said stroking me hair. "Get used to it. I missed you so much." I said. Victor came waddling in the room. I lifted him up and held him close. I knew he had a nightmare and wanted his mommy and daddy. He cuddled up on my chest and fell asleep. I rested my head back on Vic and fell asleep myself feeling at home again.
