So, I'm going to be a woman and admit it, it actually fucking hurt. I thought I would have enough to embrace myself for the impact but my body wouldn't move as fast as I wanted it to. My head snapped back onto the wall as my boy rebounded from the impact. The wall in question now with a large dent in the shape of my glorious well filled ass.
Before I could get up he shot his fist straight towards my face. Oh, sh-I blocked his attack with my forearms, immediately going into a defensive stance as he pelted me relentlessly. I could feel my arms start to buzz with the force of his attacks. This guy...this was impossible...he was just as fast as Zack.
As soon as he slowed I lowered my body and got out of my position. I steadied my stance, keeping my feet shoulder width apart, my body centered and my arms in front of my face. Every time he aimed an attack towards me I took a couple steps back, getting us farther away from everyone as possible. A girl who had been too scared to move right next to us finally had a chance to run away.
While I was distracted with the girl he took the chance to aim a kick right below my ribcage. Wait, that's...I recognized that kick anywhere. He was aiming for my damn liver! And if I was right he was waiting until I let out my breath to land a kick with the instep of his foot.
His kick was too low for me to duck under so I brought my elbow to my lower body and firmed my legs to embrace the impact. I let out a small grunt as his attack landed against my defense. He smiled down at me like he was impressed.
I didn't smile back. I know I should be over the moon about finally fighting someone. I've been waiting to slam someone's motherfucking head into the ground but when he slammed me into the wall earlier, some of my common sense was knocked back into me.
Something was wrong. Something was very wrong.
There's no way a character this strong wouldn't have been introduced in the Webtoon or was I missing something?
More people started coming into the cafeteria, all of them stopping in their tracks to watch us. The guy cracked his knuckles then smirked.
"They told me you'd be tough. Sorry for going easy on you earlier."
Haha...excuse me, what?
What does he mean someone told him I'd be tough? More importantly, was him going easy on me? A small smile twitched at the edge of my lips. As wild as all of this was the thought of having an enemy as strong as this challenging me was more than just exhilarating.
My whole body felt like it was burning up as a small laugh echoed through the silent cafeteria hall. Suddenly, my stance changed into a more offensive one. I could feel my skin tingling with anticipation. Since when have I been a think before you hit type of gal? Shouldn't I just be happy?
He outstretched his hands before him into a stance familiar to mine. This guy...he was trained. My smile grew.
Doesn't it feel good?
My heart raced inside of my chest.
The anticipation?
We watched each other carefully. I took a step back and slowly started heading backwards into the empty side of the cafeteria where there were no tables. There's no point in making more mess than we already have. His smile slowly faded into something more serious as I took a deep breath.
It does.
In the blink of an eye he turned his body around, putting his full heavy force into a kick straight to the head. I ducked forward and dropped my body low on the ground. While his other foot was still in the air I kicked at the weak spot behind his knee.
