Universe 124

A week later, in the other universe, the Elite Force was on the terrace, eating lunch.
- "Kaz, buddy, there's plenty of room over here." Chase frowned at his friend, who was sitting on the floor. "You don't have to eat on the floor."
- "I'm not eating on the floor. I'm preparing my food on the floor." Kaz got up as he chuckled.
He was holding a rake with sausages on it.
- "Ooh, my favorite, hot dogs on a rake!" Oliver exclaimed.
- "Wow, you actually made tubes of random animal parts even more disgusting." Bree said.
- "Hey, they only look gross because I haven't grilled them yet." The Karev boy replied and activated his fire power.
The Evers boy made the rake turn as the brown-eyed boy grilled the sausages. "Who's disgusting now?" He bit one of the sausages. "Oh. Oh. Wet leaf." He laughed as he took it out of his mouth.
The genius boy frowned, in disgust. They are so gross.
- "Yeah, You do know I just used that rake to clean the gutters, right?" Skylar asked.
- "Mmm, you can taste yesterday's rain." The blue-eyed boy shrugged.
- "I feel bad for Ezra." The green hazel-eyed boy said.
- "Ew, yeah." The bionic girl frowned.
- "You boys are ridiculous. Your powers are a gift. You shouldn't be wasting them on trivial things." The Calderan shook her head.
- "Yeah, you guys are always using your powers when you don't have to." The Davenport girl added. "Yesterday, Oliver flew across the street just to go to the grocery store."
Oliver frowned.
- "That was an emergency. We were out of Loopy Loops." Kaz explained. "And you know what, for your information, girls are just as bad. When Mr. Davenport called, you used your vocal manipulation to pretend to be me."
- "She does that all the time." Chase shrugged.
- "OK, calm down, all I said was..." Bree frowned and changed her voice into the Karev boy's. "Bree's not here. Stop calling, old man."
- "Oh, so you made me look bad?" He asked.
- "Yes, that was the goal." The bionic girl smiled. "And, yes, I occasionally use bionics to make my life easier. But I can stop whenever I want. You guys are the ones that have no control."
Like Adam and I hadn't had to drag you away at school, so you wouldn't use your bionics to get PIZZA. The genius boy frowned.
- "Oh, really? Well, then I propose a challenge, guys versus girls, to see who can go the longest without using bionic abilities or superpowers. Last man or woman standing wins." The brown-eyed boy said.
- "You're on." The Davenport girl got up.
The two shook hands.
- "I'm in." The green hazel-eyed boy put his hand on theirs.
- "Me too." The Storm girl put her hand on his.
- "So am I." The Evers boy put his hand on top of hers.
- "You ladies are going down. I mean, when you calculate the statistical odds and factor in the lopsided ratio of the three of us against two of you, the boys have an 86.37 percent chance of winning." Chase explained, smugly, before crossing his arms.
