The next morning, Chase was sitting in the bed while his girlfriend slept, typing on his laptop.

- "What are you doing?" Maddie turned to him, keeping her eyes closed.

The bionic boy smiled softly and looked at her, brushing her hair off her forehead.

- "I'm just looking for apartments for us." He said. "You know, just a first selection with our budget, the right number of rooms, and with a good location."

- "Mmm." The quadbrid nodded. "And you're doing it alone?"

- "Yeah, it's really just a first selection to ease it for us." The Davenport boy massaged her scalp.

- "I don't care. I want to do it with you." The Matthews girl opened her eyes and sat up.

The green hazel-eyed boy smiled and pecked her lips gently.

- "Good morning, darling." He said.

- "Good morning, babe." The blue-eyed girl smiled back and leaned her head on his shoulder, looking at the laptop. "Show me what you got so far."

- "Alright." Chase nodded and started to show her several apartments.

Maddie looked at all of them, intently.

A couple of hours later, the heroines knocked on Alex's door.

- "Enter!" She replied.

- "Hey!" Kara exclaimed as she opened the door and walked in with her protégée.

- "Hey, Alex." Maddie smiled, holding a dish.

- "Hi." The older Danvers woman said.

- "Look who we found." The younger Danvers opened the door further.

The Arias walked in.

- "And we come bearing carbs." Sam smiled softly.

- "Oh, you didn't have to do that, but I'm really glad that you did." The right hand smiled back.

- "I'll put this away." The Matthews girl put it in the fridge.

- "Hi." Alex said at the youngest.

- "Hi." Ruby sat on the couch next to her. "Who's Wine?" She pointed to her cast.

- "That says 'Winn'." The older Danvers woman chuckled. "Do you want to sign?"

- "Of course." The Arias girl nodded.

- "Come on!" The Arias woman complained, looking at her phone.

The quadbrid turned to her with a frown.

- "What's wrong?" The Kryptonian asked.

- "I have to go on a trip, and Mrs. Queller just canceled." The chief financial officer said.

- "Is that your babysitter?" Kara questioned.

- "Yeah. Sorry, guys, carry on. I'm gonna just deal with this." Sam replied.

Maddie was about to open her mouth when the right hand started to talk.

- "Well, I'm... I mean, I'm not doing anything." She shrugged. "So, I'm happy to have Ruby here with me."

- "No, I couldn't ask you. Look at your leg." The Arias woman gestured to the cast.

- "Come on, Mom. Let me stay with Alex." The teenager said. "At the Christmas party, she promised to teach me how to punch without breaking my thumb."
