Over a week later and two days after Bree's nineteenth birthday, in another universe where the sky was red and clouded by dark clouds, lighting in the air, and several Nazi signs everywhere, several armed men were guarding a facility when a doctor walked out.

- "Hey, Doc, you really think you can make that thing work?" A guard asked.

- "We need to make it work if we're ever gonna bring hope back to this darkened world." The doctor replied, before an arrow pierced his heart and the guards next to him.

All the other guards were shot with arrows and bullets straight in the heart, falling all to the ground, dead.

Two masked men, wearing black clothes with small red details and masks, continued to shoot at the guards that were running outside.

They ran towards the other guards and killed them one by one, with arrows or bullets.

- "You're the best they could send?" One of the masked villains said as Guardian arrived behind them.

- "Funny, I was gonna say the same thing." He replied.

- "That's pathetic." The second masked villain scoffed.

The voices of the three were distorted, making it impossible to recognize who was hiding under the three masks.

The archer shot an arrow towards the vigilante, who opened his arm shield where a flag of the United States was painted.

The two villains charged at him and overpowered him.

They punched and kicked him, until he rolled in front of a truck.

Guardian got up with difficulty, and one of the masked men activated a laser bo, putting the length against his throat hardly.

The archer took a dagger and tried to stab the vigilante, who blocked his arm.

The bionic man punched him, making him move his arm.

The other villain stabbed him, making Guardian gasp, before he pulled out the blade.

The younger villain grabbed him by the collar with his free hand and threw him away.

The archer kicked him in the face, making his mask fall, revealing the alter ego of James Olsen.

He put his feet on his wound, crushing his organs.

- "There are more like me, and one day they will free this world." James gasped.

- "That day may come, but you won't be here to see it." The bionic man replied.

- "That flag died a long time ago." The older villain added.

- "Well, it still means something." The Olsen man said, as blood ran down the corner of his mouth.

- "Yeah. It's a bull's-eye." The younger villain smirked under his mask as he swung his laser bo on his neck, decapitating him, as his head rolled away from his body.

The two masked villains nodded at each other as they entered the facility.

- "With this, our reign will last for eternity." The archer said as he looked at a device.

- "And we'll save them." The bionic man replied.

- "Finally." The older man nodded.
