Harry and Draco had been having one hell of a year so far, from coming out to the public, to the arrest, the poisoning and then the subsequent coma and arrest of Ron. Followed by an intense battle in Hogsmeade's town square that left them heroes and Lucius less a wand arm, finding Regulus. To now, accidentally getting married in the most ancient and powerful kind of bonding ritual, which could have left them dead or mindless if it had of gone wrong.

Becoming Death and Life and healing Frank and Alice and all their loved ones returning to them, it was hard to believe it had only been three months into the year. The night that he had his parents back Harry had told Draco he was right to have been eager to see what dramatic adventure they would have. With the prophecy proving right once again, it certainly wasn't over.

Then Harry found out about his aunt Petunia and reconnected with Dudley who seemed fine with receiving owls and writing back. Harry had charmed a compass so if Dudley or Aunt Petunia needed to contact them, all they had to do was touch the compass and one of his owls would come for the message. Harry did it for his mums peace of mind, they didn't want Vernon showing up and this way it was quick and discreet.

There were so many changes it was hard to keep up, he wondered how those who had returned were fairing. Alice and Frank were among those he worried about, just like his parents James and Lily they had a huge chunk of time missing or lacking in substance. He noticed that James and Lily often acted more his and Draco's age with small bursts of age-appropriate behaviors, Regulus was more his age due to living his years as a muggle but, even Regulus got swept up in their youthful antics.

It was not that he was complaining about the fact that his parents were in a way younger than their years, for him it meant he would be able to have a special kind of relationship with them. For their future however, and didn't that make him feel like the parent, would they find it difficult to get a job, not that they had to. He wondered if they would feel disconnected from the world around them, would they struggle in any way?

That same concern was there for Neville's parents and Harry knew Draco was sympathetic, he had wondered the same thing for Severus. While Draco assured him that they would have support from everyone and that James and Lily would be fine as would Alice and Frank, they all had many people backing them and they are from the side of light. People were more forgiving, Severus was a spy, yes but, that didn't always wipe the dark mark clean, not to everyone.

Draco had been concerned that he had brought his godfather back just to torture him with loneliness. Severus had no family, or true friends except Lily and her forgiveness was very new in the grand scheme of things. He had no relationships of a romantic nature and all he knew was war and the paranoia of his double life. On top of that he was as far as he was concerned suddenly chummy with Potters and Black. Draco made an appropriate sneering imitation of Professor Snape looking down on Harry.

Harry actually had something that could help with all that, well most of it. So, they spoke to Kingsley, Draco wondering what was needed to get Severus back as the potions master and Harry wondering if Kingsley could get a copy of Lucius's case file and passing it on. He hoped Severus might be able to see something they missed.

Kingsley had done as asked and informed Draco he would get the paperwork ready to file but until they went public with identities they couldn't actually file anything with names. That all made sense and they were happy that there was something they could do to help, even the idea of their privacy while they settled was worth the wait.

By Thursday it was time for Ron to go back to Azkaban to do the rest of his time and Kingsley was making an official statement about Mondays events. He was going to tell the public that while Draco and Harry were at St Mungo's tending to the strange surge of magic caused by their rare and very official bond, seven souls reemerged from the archway all on their own. They would flaunt the lesser miracle Draco pulled off so people didn't think he had personally brought the dead back. The dead coming back was just a miracle all of its own, much to the relief of Draco who did not want to have to explain that one.
