Three weeks had passed and we’d set a date for the wedding – 21st March 2015. It would have been my dad’s 40th birthday. At first, everyone was a bit dubious over having the wedding so soon but we soon convinced everyone that this was what we both wanted and since then, everyone, including the fans, had been supportive of our decision. We only had five weeks to plan the entire wedding itself, but I couldn’t wait. I hadn’t seen George at all since he left for the tour just over a month ago but we’d been on the phone every night talking about it and getting really excited over it. I honestly couldn’t wait.
“Sammy, are you ready?” mum called as she stood in my lounge, waiting for me as I finished off doing my make-up in mine and George’s bedroom.
“One second,” I grinned, applying lipstick.
I looked at the lipstick in the mirror, pouting and making various faces to see whether or not the shade matched my skin tone. “What are you doing?” mum laughed as she walked into the room, catching me pulling a really awkward facial expression.
“Does this lipstick look okay to you?” I asked her, pouting for her as she stood in the middle of the doorway.
“Why?”
“Well if I’m trying on dresses, I might as well have my make-up and hair like I’m gonna have it on the day to get an actual feel for what I’ll look like,” I explained.
“Honey,” she laughed. “It looks fine. Now get your ass out to the car otherwise you’ll have to go alone.”
“Yeah,” I grinned. “Like you would ever miss out on this.”
She smiled at me. “I wouldn’t miss this for the world.”
Putting the lipstick down on the dressing table, I pouted one last time into the mirror before standing up and grabbing my jacket off the bed. “I swear though,” I laughed. “If you even shed a tear at all today, just one tear, I’m banning you from the actual wedding.”

“What type of style were you thinking?” the personal shopper asked me as we wandered through the room, looking at all the different styles and colours of dresses.
“Erm..”
“I was thinking a white, simple dress with a gorgeous bodice,” mum grinned, getting more excited over it that I was.
“How do you feel about that, Sammy?” the personal shopper asked, looking at me as I looked lost, looking at all the dresses that were surrounding me.
I nodded in agreement, although I didn’t know what I was agreeing to.
“You alright, Sammy?” Chloe asked me as I flicked through a bridal brochure as I stood in the middle of the room.
I looked up at her. “Yeah,” I smiled. “It’s just happening so fast.”
“You don’t have to go through with it now if you don’t want to,” mum said, putting her arm around me. “George will understand you know.”
“I know,” I smiled. “I want to. It’s just I feel like a baby.”
“A gorgeous baby though,” Chloe joked, picking out a dark purple dress from the bridesmaid section and holding it against her in admiration. “Now choose a dress because I really want to try on this dress next to you.”

“Are you ready yet, Sammy?” I heard Chloe shout to me from outside the changing room.
I looked at my reflection in the mirror, flattening down the bump in the dress’ corset with my hand. “Yeah,” I smiled to myself.
