Three weeks had passed between the break-up and now. We had promised to try and keep life as it was when we were together for Katy’s sake but it wasn’t working. George had spent most of his time with the boys or driving to Toni’s or Dom’s to take Katy to go see them. I’d spent most of my time at the studio with Lisa, working on some tracks for the new album or at mum’s. Since the break-up, me and George tried to spend the minimum amount of time together as possible. The only time we had actually talked in the last week was when we took Katy to Hyde Park to see the ducks.

Pushing Katy’s pushchair down the street, I looked up at the sky. The sun was surprisingly shining over London and birds were tweeting away in the trees. As I got to the end of the street, I got my phone out of my jacket pocket and checked my texts.

“Just stuck in traffic. Be there in five minutes x”

Smiling to myself, I put my phone back in my pocket and crouched down next to Katy’s buggy. “Katy!” I laughed as I saw the biscuit I’d given her before leaving the house was all mashed up on her dress. “What are you like?”

As I unclipped her from the pushchair and cleaned her up, a car pulled up beside us and someone got out.

“What’s she done?”

“Decided to decorate her dress with biscuit,” I laughed, turning around to see Justin.

After quickly brushing all the crumbs from her dress, I picked Katy up and rested her on my hip. “Justin, meet Katy,” I smiled.

“Hello cutie,” Justin grinned, tickling Katy’s chin with his finger which made her giggle.

“Katy, meet Justin Bieber,” I smiled. “Millions of girls would die to be you right now, so count yourself as lucky.”

“She’s a very lucky baby,” Justin laughed.

“What? I meant you should thank yourself lucky,” I joked. “Millions would love to meet Katy. She’s the best.”

“Oh,” Justin grinned. “Yeah.”

“So..” I said.

“I told Scooter, my manager, that we’d be at the office in half an hour,” he smiled, still tickling Katy.

“That’s fine.”

“Aren’t you beautiful?” Justin grinned to Katy.

“I think she fancies you a bit, Justin,” I laughed, looking at Katy as she continued to giggle at him flirtatiously.

“Scooter, this is Sammy and Katy,” Justin smiled as we walked into the office to be met by Scooter.

I already knew about Scooter from my fangirling days but I still let Justin introduce me properly so I appeared professional, when in reality I was fangirling inside.

“Hello Sammy,” he smiled, shaking my hand. “I’ve heard lots about you and I’m really glad you accepted the offer to be the support act on the tour.”

“I’m honoured to have been asked,” I grinned. “It’s gonna be amazing.”

Scooter looked up at me and smiled as he crouched down to shake Katy’s hand.

“Sticky,” Scooter laughed as he shook Katy’s hand. “Nice.”

“I’m so sorry,” I giggled, passing him a baby wipe before cleaning Katy’s hand. “She has a thing about sticking her hand in juice instead of drinking it.”

“It’s fine. His brother and sister, Jaxon and Jazmyn used to be the same when they were younger,” Scooter smiled. “How old is she now?”

“She’s seven months.”
