Freen's pov

After spending a wonderful weekend with my family, here I am in my offiice coming back to work with tons of paper to sign. Not to mention the big project that I have and about to start soon.

But before I came here I passby to the hospital to remove my cast. And yes, I want to surprise my wife later about it. Also, I already called and talk to our closest friends about the surprise that I'll be doing in this coming weekend where my wife will be turning twenty eight.

Time flies so fast and we're getting really old. Though, there is a seven years of gap that well, you know kinda waste because of what happened in the past. But past is past and we need to move on, just like what we are doing right now.

I opened the red velvet box and stare at beautiful ring that I have ever seen in my entire life and smile proudly. This time the ring cost ten times or even more than the one I bought for her before. But the price is really nothing to me when I saw this at the store. I didn't think twice when I decided to buy it because Becca is the first thing that came to my mind seeing this ring.

Its a very rare red diamond ring. The price? Well lets skip it because I don't want to bragged, we know exactly how expensive diamonds is especially the red one.

"Woooooooohhhh, what is that?" P'nam said barging in my office raising her fake eyebrows that she got tattooed the other day.

"Seriously? You don't really know how to knock do you?" I said as I immediately hide the velvet box under my table in a secret drawer and lock it. I dont want anyone to see it until my wife's birthday. And I want Becca to be the first to see it. Not P'nam or anyone.

"First of all lady boss I didn't know that you are already here. Because I thought you're still in the hospital as you said last night? Remember? Or did you also had an amnesia?" She asked wriggling her fake brows. Like seriously she's really bragging it. As if it suit her. God, only if she knows that she looks like a clown in a circus or an entertainer in a comedy bar that even if she only stand infront of the crowd and do nothing people will definitely laugh on her until their stomach aches.

"Is that the inventory this month?" I asked staring at the files on her hand. And also to change the topic about the ring.

"No. The inventory, is already saved in your computer, and this is for you to review. We need new employee's and these are the new applicants. I already sort it all yet, the decision is yours to make for the next step." She said putting the files on my table. And I just hummed at her.

"And if you need anything else just call me. Prim is on leave because of her mother. " She added.

"I know, she called me last night. I already send some financial help for her. So don't worry phi." I said and start reading the applicants form. Prim is my secretary, and her mother is sick. And P'nam is like my co owner yet nothing change she still does everything the same like before and its like I got two secretary and a co owner in one.

"P'nam, make sure to cancel all my meetings in this coming thursday and friday you know, its Becca's birthday." I reminded her.

"Noted!" She said smiling widely like an idiot.

"It seems that you are more excited than I am." I said shaking my head and she giggled like a teenager who got noticed by her crush.

"Of course I am." She exclaimed "I mean for the both of you. I am so happy for the both you." She added excitedly and I begin to wonder why. It seems that she's hiding something from me but I shake it off and turned my focus to the papers in front of me. And she didn't say anything before leaving my office.
