The next morning, Estrella was taken aback to see Rebekah at the house, but her surprise quickly turned to disgust—her hair prominently shifting to a green hue—when she noticed a shirtless Damon with Rebekah.
As Damon opened the door, they were met by Elena, standing outside, visibly shocked. Rebekah smirked as she brushed past her on her way out.
After Rebekah left, Estrella turned to Damon, her expression unimpressed. "Your name should be 'Hypocrite.'"
Damon simply shrugged with a mischievous smile.
As Damon and Elena stepped inside, Damon began buttoning up his shirt.
"Did you stop taking your vervain?" Elena asked, confusion mirrored on Estrella's face.
"You think Rebekah had to compel me?" Damon replied, an amused grin tugging at his lips.
"What's wrong with you? She tried to kill me less than forty-eight hours ago," Elena shot back.
"Can we just move past that, Elena?" Damon responded, brushing her concerns aside.
"So this is how it’s going to be now? I hurt your feelings, and this is how you lash out at me?" Elena challenged, while Estrella's hair flared into an angry shade of orange.
Damon poured himself a drink and quickly moved his glass away as Estrella tried to snatch it, stopping him from drinking so early in the morning.
"Maybe, for once, something I did had nothing to do with you," Damon quipped, earning a sigh from Estrella, whose hair unintentionally turned blue.
He held up his glass and drank it, teasing Estrella, Elena interrupted, her tone serious, "You should know Esther is planning to kill her entire family. She’s linked them all together with a spell—whatever happens to one happens to all of them."
"She used my blood... and Estrella's hair last night to complete the spell," Elena added, her words sending shockwaves through the room.
"Why Estrella?" Stefan asked, stepping in with concern etched across his face.
"Because apparently, her magic connects all the elements that created vampires," Elena explained, leaving both brothers stunned while Estrella sighed, knowing this revelation was inevitable.
"Well, that's fantastic! Klaus will finally be dead. We win. Why do you look like someone just shot a panda bear?" Damon remarked, looking at Estrella’s troubled expression.
"No one is killing anyone," Estrella insisted firmly.
"To kill Klaus, she has to kill all of them, including Elijah. And he doesn’t deserve this," Elena argued.
"No one deserves it. Not even Nik. He’s my friend. Please, stop this," Estrella pleaded earnestly.
Damon scoffed, clearly unmoved. "I’m supposed to care about that?"
Elena’s voice held a hint of jealousy as she asked, "Shouldn’t you at least care about Rebekah?"
Estrella shot Elena a sharp look, catching the envy in her tone.
"Two seconds ago, you were furious that she attacked you. This is a win-win," Damon countered.
As Elena went to leave, Damon blocked her path. "Don’t screw this up, Elena," he warned.
Stefan chimed in, "He’s right. Klaus has to die. They all do."
"See? Democracy in action," Damon said, raising his glass smugly.
Elena stormed out, intentionally knocking into Damon and spilling his drink.
Frustrated, Estrella turned to Damon and Stefan.
