Estrella was in a deep sleep when a sharp pain suddenly jolted her awake.
Groaning, she shifted in bed, only to feel a rush of water down her legs. Her eyes widened in shock.
"Oh no no," she whispered, realizing she was going into labor.
As the pain intensified, she struggled to get out of bed, whining slightly with each movement.
Looking around, she saw Hayley stepping out of Hope's room.
"Hayley," Estrella whispered urgently, her voice trembling.
Hearing the distress, Hayley quickly turned toward her.
"Estrella, are you alright?" she asked, concern evident in her eyes.
"My water broke," Estrella said breathlessly, clutching her stomach. "Oh God."
Without hesitation, Hayley rushed over, wrapping an arm around her to steady her.
"Okay, okay, I've got you," she said, helping Estrella back toward the bed.
She swiftly pulled out the ruined sheets and eased her onto the bed.
"Relax," Hayley said calmly, kneeling beside her.
"I'll be back in just a minute. Until then, take deep breaths like this," she instructed, demonstrating the breathing technique.
Estrella nodded, trying to focus on the rhythm of her breath as the contractions grew stronger.
Then, in a louder voice, Hayley called out, "Everyone, get your asses down here! Estrella's water just broke!"
Her tone conveyed the urgency of the situation, and within moments, everyone rushed to assist.
Klaus, without hesitation, compelled the best doctors and nurses to come immediately to deliver Estrella's children.
As the pain intensified, Estrella screamed and cried out for Kai, her voice filled with desperation. The women surrounding her did their best to comfort her.
As the pain intensified, her breath hitched, and she let out a scream, her voice filled with anguish.
"Kai!" she cried, tears streaming down her face, her hands clutching her swollen belly as another wave of pain tore through her. "Kai, please!"
Rebekah rushed to her side, taking one of Estrella's trembling hands into her own.
But despite their best efforts, she couldn't stop calling out for Kai.
"Where is he? I need him," she sobbed, gripping Rebekah's hand even tighter. "I need him here."
Rebekah exchanged a glance with the others, her heart aching for Estrella.
"Shh, darling, you've got this," she soothed, her voice soft yet firm.
She gently stroked Estrella's hair, offering as much comfort as she could.
Hayley was at the foot of the bed, guiding Estrella through her breathing.
"Just breathe, Estrella, you're strong," she said, her eyes locking with Estrella's.
She placed a reassuring hand on her leg. "You're doing amazing, I promise."
Freya stood nearby, her hands glowing faintly as she whispered a calming spell under her breath, trying to ease Estrella's pain.
She placed a gentle hand on Estrella's shoulder, sending a wave of warmth through her body. "We're right here. You're not alone."
"Stefan-I..." Estrella gasped, her voice weak and trembling from the pain.
