Estrella was over the moon when she received her acceptance letter to the art college at Whitmore.

It was a dream come true, and she couldn't wait to start this new chapter in her life.

Damon, however, was less enthusiastic. Reluctantly, he agreed to let her stay in the dorms, though his protective instincts made him uneasy about her being away from home.

Despite the excitement of college life, both Estrella and Damon began to grow concerned when Stefan stopped answering his phone.

Estrella had been having troubling dreams about him—dark, suffocating dreams where it felt as though she was drowning.

Every time she tried to use her magic to locate Stefan, she felt the crushing weight of an invisible force, like she was submerged deep underwater, unable to breathe.

Damon, sensing her frustration and exhaustion, gently intervened.

"Don't push yourself too hard, Estrella," he said softly, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "We'll find him another way."

Even with Damon's reassurance, Estrella couldn't shake the guilt.

She felt like she should be doing more to help.

Her dreams were a constant reminder that something was wrong, and she feared the worst.

To make matters more complicated, whenever she saw Damon and Elena together, her hair would turn a telltale shade of green—a signal of her disgust and discomfort.

It was hard being around them, so she decided to stay at Caroline's house for a while, hoping the distance would help her clear her mind.

For the past three months, she had been working through everything that had happened—Stefan’s disappearance, her guilt, and the tangled series of healing.

Thanks to Kol’s advice, she had started to learn the importance of forgiveness, even if it felt like a slow process.

But in the back of her mind, she couldn't stop worrying about Bonnie.

When she asked Jeremy about her, he mentioned that Bonnie was out of town, but even that didn’t fully put her at ease.

The biggest surprise, however, came when Estrella discovered that Katherine had become human.

When she heard the news, her hair turned blue in amused disbelief. Katherine, human? It seemed like the kind of cosmic irony that could only happen in their chaotic lives.

Together with Damon, Estrella worked to track down Stefan, using both Elena's and Katherine's newfound visions.

Estrella couldn’t shake the guilt gnawing at her—Stefan’s disappearance felt like it was somehow her fault.

But then, when she uncovered the shocking truth that Silas was alive, her hair turned white in disbelief.

Katherine, once again on the run, had become Silas’s target, as he wanted the cure flowing through her veins.

During her escape, Katherine made an even more shocking discovery—she had a daughter, Nadia.

This revelation added yet another twist to the already complicated situation.

As the summer drew to a close, Estrella, Elena, and Caroline prepared for the big transition to college life.

Estrella couldn’t contain her excitement, but a constant worry about her twin brother weighed on her mind.

"Try not to get into trouble," Caroline advised with a knowing smile.

Estrella grinned, leaning on her luggage. "I think that advice should be for Elena," she teased, earning a playful tongue-stick from Elena.
