When Estrella woke up, she was disoriented, unsure of how she had ended up at Kai's house.

The absence of Kai only added to her confusion. Her head pounded with a relentless headache, prompting her to brush her teeth hastily before she ventured out of the bathroom.

In the bedroom, she noticed a glass of water and some medicine placed next to Miss Flipperina.

A handwritten note resting beside them read, "Drink me and take the medicine or die by a major headache. Your choice. P.S. You're too pretty to die, so please have it."

Estrella laughed at the playful threat and, with a smile, obediently followed the note's instructions.

As she made her way to the kitchen, the aroma of breakfast filled the air.

There, she found Kai at the stove, cooking with a casual ease. He was clad only in his boxers, the morning light casting a warm glow on his relaxed figure.

Kai was on the phone, his tone serious and demanding.

"I don't care, try harder. I want to find out where he is," he said, frustration evident in his voice.

As he glanced up and saw Estrella enter the room, a smile softened his features. Hanging up the phone, he kept his eyes on her as she approached the table, her presence instantly shifting the atmosphere.

"Who was that?" she asked, still feeling a bit disoriented.

"Veronica. We were discussing something," Kai replied, teasingly. She narrowed her eyes at him, and he quickly added, "And before you get any ideas, she's a little too old to be my sister."

He paused, then added with a mischievous grin, "Oh, wait, technically, she's actually my age. Sorry, my bad."

She pouted while holding her head, her headache making it difficult to find the humor.

"Not funny," she muttered.

Kai chuckled and walked over to her, wrapping his arms around her from behind. "Aww, having a wittle headache?" he teased, his fingers gently massaging her temples.

She sighed in relief as the tension eased slightly under his touch.

"And just so you know," He continued with a playful smirk, "you don't have to worry about anyone stealing me. From what you said last night, I'm officially your boyfriend now, and I can't reverse it because it's an advanced spell."

Estrella's eyes widened in shock. "I said what?" she asked, her voice almost breathless.

Kai grinned, clearly enjoying her reaction.

"You said I'm your boyfriend, and you're my girlfriend. Oh, and you might've mentioned fantasizing about my fingers and how much you wanted to fuck me," he added, watching as her face turned crimson with embarrassment.

She quickly covered her face with her hands, mortified. But he gently pulled her hands away, noticing how her hair had turned shades of purple and pink.

"Hey, do you see me complaining? I love it, even when you're a pumpkin spice," he said, grinning mischievously.

"Really?" She whispered, looking up at him with wide eyes.

Kai nodded, his gaze softening as he brushed a strand of her pink hair behind her ear.

"Do you want to kiss and seal the deal? But be careful now, once you're in, you're stuck with me," he teased, his voice tinged with humor, though the underlying sincerity was unmistakable.
