Chapter one hundred and four

"O negative."

Having gone back home, Stefan had given Athena a blood bag and she had drank it fast, almost as fast as he would drink it when he'd become the ripper version of him, where after two more of them, she seemed fine, where the two of them had gone to bed, and were sleeping as Stefan held her in his arms, Athena lied her head on his chest, until the sound of a phone vibrating filled their ears "who's calling?" Athena asked him, as she sat up "I don't know." Stefan told her, turning and reaching for his phone, he grabbed it off the night stand and answered it "hello?" he asked.

"Hi. Tripp Cook. Just wanted to thank you for turning over that vampire Enzo to me. He's been very helpful." Tripp shared, as Athena's eyes went wide "Enzo? I thought, um..I thought you were supposed to kill him." Stefan shared, as Athena quickly climbed out of bed and walked away, grabbing clothes, she started to get changed "oh, I will eventually once I know everything he does." Tripp shared "so what has he told you?" Stefan asked "sounds like the vampire problem in mystic falls isn't as bad as I thought. I mean, if he had any names, he'd have given them up." Lord knows I've done plenty of things to get him to talk." Tripp shared.

As Athena began shoving the rest of her clothes into a bag, she then turned grabbing clothes for Stefan and threw them at him "well, that's good to hear." Stefan said "yeah. Seems like it's moved on to Savannah. I've sent some of my guys down there. They're gonna check it out, see what they find." Tripp shared, as Athena grabbed Stefan's bag and began shoving all his clothes into it as well "thanks for the, uh, heads up." Stefan shared "founding families gotta stick together, right?" Tripp asked "absolutely." Stefan said, as he hung up, he stood up and began to get changed.

Having packed up everything and got into the car, they had made it to Whitmore college, as Athena was wearing gloves, sunglasses, a hat and a giant hoodie, she was drinking out of her to go cup that had blood in it as Stefan knocked on Caroline's door, Caroline soon answered it "Stefan? What..what are you.." she asked, as Stefan walked in "I need a favor." he told her, as Athena walked in behind him, Caroline's eyes went wide "Athena, oh my god!" she voiced, closing the door behind them.

Athena huffed, walking over and sitting on Elena's bed, she put her cup down and began to take off the disguise Stefan made her wear afraid she would burn up in the sun "no, no, no.." Stefan told her, walking over to the curtains, but he stopped when he saw her not burning in the sun as he let out a breath "what's going on?" Caroline asked, as Athena drank from her cup, Caroline smelled the blood "your drinking blood?" she questioned, looking to Stefan "remember when she was sick? Well it turns out the baby was using her blood source as it's way to feed and that's why she didn't wake up like she normally would after Enzo killed her. So now the only way she can survive is by drinking blood. And I thought sunlight would burn her but clearly..I was wrong." Stefan shared.

As Athena licked her lips, holding her cup out to her "do you have more?" she asked her "yes, yes.." Caroline told her, walking over and taking her cup, she walked toward's the fridge "not to be rude but isn't being here bad when there's a vampire hunter lurking around." she shared "he's not here. He's in Savannah, which is why we're not." Stefan shared "yes because this Tripp Cook guy has become the newest hunter fanatic in town and we all know how that goes. So how about we just find him and kill him." Athena shared, as Stefan looked to her "no." he told her, as Caroline walked over, handing her to go cup back.

"You two catch up, I'll be back." Stefan shared, stepping toward's Athena, he kissed her on the forehead, as he turned walking off, heading out of the room, Athena felt this strange feeling watching him disappear like she didn't want him to leave, as Caroline began getting changed.
