Chapter one hundred and thirty

"The Phoenix stone reveals your true self."

Julian had won, not only by sticking his enemies souls into a stone that change their lives forever but by officially having taken over the town of mystic falls and in that take over, while Bonnie and them were moving all the bodies into the Lockwood mansion, a couple of Julian's companions had managed to grab Athena and Annabeth, where in their unconsciousness, he kept them separated where Athena was chained up in the basement while Annabeth was upstairs in Stefan's room.

Although Julian didn't put in for the fact that other people would be looking for them other then those living in mystic falls, where he was always out all day and all night to notice that someone had snuck into his house and taken the unconscious three year old girl from her bed, yet that didn't really matter to him, all that mattered was that he had Athena.

Yet in her time of unconsciousness her hair had turned from it's blonde color to jet black where when she woke up, she was in complete darkness as she sat up, the sound of chains rattling filled her ears as she turned seeing she was chained up, things were a bit foggy, as she furrowed her brows, the door to the cell opened and as it did, Julian stumbled in laughing "well, isn't this a surprise." he said, holding the bottle out to her "I have big plans for you." he told her.

And those plans included only being allowed out of her cell when he wanted her out and doing everything he said, which for Athena wasn't hard, she was a soldier after all, but what was the most fun had to be when she was put in the middle of the boxing ring and got to tear apart as many vampires as she wanted.

Meanwhile, Stefan who had been brought of the phoenix stone by Bonnie and the help of Nora who put him in there was dealing with his own problems, where he was reliving his hell

Watching his daughter and wife die in front of him by Julian's hands and him not being able to do anything about it. Having to relive Athena dying in his arms over and over again. Watching Athena get killed by Klaus. Where this hellscape had drawn up every version where she was taken away from him, including some of them being by his own hand like with how Silas tortured her it was him doing that. Or when he saw her for the first time and he came back after Klaus tortured him all summer and when he fed on her he didn't stop until she was dead in his arms.

Which was the one he was thinking about now as he sped toward's her and grabbed onto her, he fed on her, Athena soon went limp in his arms as her eyes were staring at the ceiling, her head soon tilted back as he continued to feed on her, where he soon finally pulled away before her head fell off "Athena." he said, holding her head in his hands "no, no, no." he said, biting into his wrist and trying to feed her his blood but it didn't work

As he gasped awake, he was sleeping on the couch, holding Ms Cuddles in his arms, he could never find it in himself since he came back to sleep upstairs since his family was no longer with him "Stefan?" Damon asked "yeah. Yeah, I heard you." Stefan told him, putting Ms Cuddles down, he got up off the couch, walking out of there and to the hallway where Damon was chained up "no vervain this time? No switching up the menu?" Damon asked "nah, I just wanted to make sure you had a chance to calm down." Stefan shared.

As Damon exhaled "oh, I'm calm. I know you're gonna say I screwed up so bad, I nearly killed all of our friends cause I thought I was stuck in that fake hell world." he shared "you don't have to explain. It wasn't your fault." Stefan shared "huh?" Damon asked "it was an honest mistake. You're getting a pass." Stefan told him "wait. You skipped a bunch of stuff. First I'm supposed to say I see the error of my ways, and then you tell me that, that's not good enough, and then you judge me harder. And then I say something mean but true that totally throws you off balance." Damon shared.
