the summer sun filtered through the leaves of the ginkgo trees, casting playful patterns of light on the cobblestone street.

jisung walked with a spring in his step, the soft thump of his sneakers keeping time with the rhythm of his heartbeat.

minho's hand was warm and firm in his, their fingers intertwined like ivy climbing up an old oak tree.

the world around them seemed to blur into the background-a pastel painting in soft-focus-while they moved through it, side by side.

"hey, baby, look," jisung said, his voice bright as he tugged minho toward a small street vendor selling handmade bracelets. "these are so cute!"

minho chuckled, letting himself be dragged closer to the stand. "aren't they a bit childish?" he teased, but his eyes were already scanning the table of colorful beads and strings.

he knew jisung had a thing for matching trinkets, and he couldn't deny he found it adorable.

jisung pouted, his lips forming that familiar, irresistible curve that made minho's heart do an acrobatic flip. "childish? I think they're romantic," jisung argued, picking up a pair of simple leather bands adorned with tiny silver charms. "look, one has a little moon, and the other has a star. perfect, right?"

minho rolled his eyes, but a smile tugged at the corners of his mouth. "fine, let's get them," he conceded. "but only because the star one reminds me of you."

jisung's eyes widened in surprise. "oh?"

minho leaned in close, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "mhm, because you light up my life," he joked, dodging the playful punch jisung aimed at his shoulder. they laughed, the sound bubbling up between them, light and free.

the vendor, an elderly woman with kind eyes, smiled at them warmly as they paid for the bracelets. "you two are a lovely couple," she said, her voice crackling like the pages of an old book. "It's nice to see young people so happy together."

jisung blushed, ducking his head while minho's smile softened. "thank you," minho replied, squeezing jisung's hand. "he makes it easy to be happy."

jisung glanced up at minho, his eyes sparkling like dew-kissed leaves in the morning sun. "sappy," he mumbled, but his smile was wide, his heart so full it felt like it might burst.

they continued down the street, the newly purchased bracelets dangling from their wrists, a small but meaningful addition to the collection of tiny, shared moments that made up their days.

their friends were waiting for them at the café, a cozy little spot tucked away at the end of the street. It was their usual hangout-a place with chipped teacups and mismatched furniture that felt like home.

the group sat at their favorite corner table, already groaning when they saw the two approaching, hands still tightly clasped.

chan, sitting with his chin propped up on his hand, was the first to speak. "here come the lovebirds," he drawled, a grin spreading across his face. "how was the romantic stroll?"
