On Tuesday you had a physics test but after having been taught by Ari you actually felt like you might have done alright on it. After school you took the train with Kenma and Kuroo home. You barely saw your parents as they rushed out the door with Isamu to go to his basketball game. He had a game outside of Tokyo which meant they wouldn't be back again until after you were already gone to bed. You didn't mind though, it was actually nice to have the house to yourself.

As you searched through your cupboards for something to make an idea popped into your head. It had been becoming more and more difficult to go out with Yaku without people spotting you, in fact you had already been spotted but luckily they couldn't tell who you were. But Yaku's house was well out of the picture of hanging out, and you had written off your place to protect him from your parents. But if they weren't around there was no reason why the two of you couldn't spend the evening together without the worry of anyone catching the two of you.

You sent a quick message to Isamu asking for him to tell you when they were on their way home just for extra caution. You would never hear the end of it if your parents caught you having a boy over while they weren't out. After he agreed you sent a text to Yaku. It only took a couple of seconds for him to agree to come over.

It took him a little longer than you had expected to arrive, you figured he was probably just getting ready though. You smiled the second there was a knock on the door.

"Hello." you said with a grin as you opened your door wide for him to enter. He was holding a reusable grocery bag that you assumed he had his things in.

"Hey." he said returning your smile as he entered. "I brought chocolate and strawberries for later. I thought we could melt the chocolate and dip the strawberries in it." he said as he pulled both out of the bag.

"I love that idea! You didn't have to bring anything though." you replied.

"I know, I wanted to." he answered, his eyes staying on you instead of taking in the surroundings of the house that he had never been in before.

Even though you shouldn't be by now, you were still surprised by him. How was it that he could be in an entirely new place and still have all his attention on you as if you were the most fascinating thing he could possibly find in this whole house.

"Come on we can put them in the kitchen." you said, you were feeling a little flustered at how perfect he was without even meaning to be. You grabbed his hand and led him over to the kitchen where he placed both the chocolate and strawberries on the counter.

"So what's in the bag?" you asked, eyeing it curiously. There was still something decently sized in there.

"Oh! Well I went to the store to grab the strawberries and chocolate and then saw something else. But I don't wanna take over or anything it was just if you didn't have anything planned I thought it might be fun." he explained, a little embarrassed.

"Honestly I didn't even have time to think about planning anything. I just wanted to see you." you admitted. He had planned the entire rock painting date so you probably should have thought of at least something.

"That's alright, wanna see my ideas?" he replied excitedly. He didn't seem phased at all at your lack of preparedness.

"Ideas?" you questioned the use of pluralization.

Yaku nodded. "I ended up getting three things. In my opinion one is way better but I'm going to let you pick and we can save the others for another time. But honestly one of these is way superior to the other two." he explained.

"Superior huh? I'm wondering if anything can even hold a match compared to the rock painting." you said with a laugh.

"Well we'll see." Yaku said. "The first one I bought a puzzle we could work on together." he said as he pulled out a box that had a picture of a outside market on it.
