56. Scent

Paiges Pov:

It's been two weeks. Jed finally came back. Parker, Markus, and Muir made a full recovery. Holly went home yesterday. She also took in that Buffalo male. He's not bad at all. Now stronger. Muir has four stripes now. Shuu has been training with Harvey, and they are almost at a breakthrough. Curtis has been training as well, although not the way I'd hoped, but..  he's been collecting Emralds with Damian and Kaden...

I finally finished my wool quilt. Also, Faith's bed with Caspian. The abalone shell is beautiful. I hug Caspian from behind.
I start kissing his neck.

"Paige..." he groans out.

"Hmm?" I grin and kiss him more. I've missed my husband's touch cause when Holly was here, I did nothing..
Caspian takes my hand, and he turns around.
Kissing me deeply. I moan.

~hours later~

We get cleaned up. After my bath, I get dressed into my pretty blue dress made from Damian's shredding.
I kiss Caspian with a little giggle. Oh, how I needed that. I need time with all of my hubby's. especially Curtis, who's been grumpy. Hehe.
I go to the kitchen.

I start pulling out ingredients to figure out what to make for lunch. Hmm.. what should I make.. I feel arms wrap around from behind me. I grin. He starts rocking me back and forth.

"Do you need help?" I nod.
Kaden kisses my cheek. I love this. I lean back into his arms. He starts sorting the food on the counter all the while his hand is still around me.

"Well, what kind of meat do you want?" I chuckle..

"Oh well, I can do that." He picks me up. I yelp giggling down to the bedroom.

~hour goes by~

"So love, have you figured it out?"
Kaden asks me as I'm bathing again.

"Shush, you!" I laugh.

"What?" He smirks.

"Okay, maybe we can have boar meat? Or deer?" I ask.

"Sure, I can get it for you. Don't forget I fed you earlier." He laughs as I flick water at him.

"Behave!" We play around a bit. Until he gets me dressed and we go back to the kitchen.

"I'll let them know that we are cooking lunch and that my dear Paige is hungerly wanting meat." He kisses my neck. You're such a pervert.

"You.." I look at him, and we start laughing.

"No, I'll let them know to look for boar or deer. Anything else?" He asks me well since I started making yeast. I have bread now...

"How about we do sandwiches? Lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, cry root, and the stink root, which I think I said garlic correctly.." I laugh.

"Hmm Paige, the sweet scent is making me want you more..." Kaden smells me.

"Knock it off..." laughing at his antics.

"Paige.. your pregnant." He looks at me wide eyed.

"What? Stop joking around you.."

"No, you're pregnant. I usually can smell it right away it's a certain scent."
This fucking can't be possible..

"How?.." then it hits me.. oh my god!

"Well when a little Paige, and a strong mate love eachother very much..."
I laugh shaking my head at him.

"No I know how, just.. is that even.."

"Yeah. You don't need to be on your feet too much. How about I get Harvey or Damian.."

"You dare, and I'll make you eat those red berries." He gives a sour look. Hold his hands up in surrender. Walking out of the kitchen.

"Careful pregnant female wanting food!" I laugh you.. oh my god.. I sigh.

"Paige, you're pregnant?" Shuu runs almost slipping. He runs to me.

"I guess. I wouldn't put it past Kaden he's A KNOW IT ALL!" I yell so he can hear me. Shuu laughs. He starts smelling me.
Soon, I'm surrounded.. I give them all an eyebrow twitch..

"Enough, we want food that goes for the cubs.." I chuckle.

"I'll hunt boar and deer Paige."
Lucien tells me.

"Thank you, sweetheart." I kiss him.

"Damn fucking knocked up already? I bet it was the fuck fest god I was so jelly but I can't do that much while I was pregnant. It sucked I missed my hubby's jumping my ass like wild animals. Ug.. lucky.." Rosa says from behind me.

"Oh hi Rosa! Awww their so adorable" I see her cubs!!

"Yeah, and look at this pudgy one he's almost got stuck... good think Harvey told us how to make Lube. This little piglet is all about food." Rosa points to an exceptionally bigger cub. I burst into laughter. He's so cute!

"Aww, he's adorable, Rosa."

"Yeah, but I feel like I gave birth to a mammoth." My hubby's go to get things for lunch.
Me and Rosa sit for a bit.
Shuu sits with us talking to Bart.

"Oh shit I forgot to tell you. All the four kings from Beast City are coming here. So yeah."

"Wow, I had no idea why would they come here of all places?" I ask.

"Well, Tony's brother is the Bear leader here... probably just as lonely."
Oh my god, Rosa..

"But hey, they will find their someone. Eventually. Anyways, the ferals are still prowling. Oh, and I have a new mate, his name is Jace. He's got two!" I sigh..

"So Jeds brother?" I ask. I honestly just want to change the subject from talking about two dicks...

"Actually Jace isn't his brother. Max is. Their both snakes and both pound exceptionally well. Four at one time girl..ah.. it's nice." My eye twitches.. Rosa you old pervert...

"Oh so Max and Jace congratulations. So um."

"Your changing the subject aren't you?"

"Yes..."

"Hmm.. okay fair." We laugh.

"So who's going to take over Alec's job when we go to the City?" I ask.

"Oh well that's easy look how many Foxes he can choose from."
I pinch the bridge of my nose giggling.

"So how's your mega size baby egg?" I nod.

"She's warm and doing good. I heard Holly mated the Buffalo." I add.

"Oh him? Yeah he's nice but him and Alva fight a bit. But now that Alva has no butt feathers right now heh.. he's been hiding more." Oh

"I hope he just grows up for his own sake like Parker." I explain. Rosa nods.

If there is a day I don't write, it's because power outages, but
I will be back after the power issues and update my story. I lost power yesterday right when I was uploading. That's why I posted early cause I did not want to chance it. So yes awful storm.

Wondering what is your holiday tradition?
We used to take a star to each house and eat deserts or food love, markiza, and sharlotka cakes omg.. they are soo good. I miss that. I think this year I'm make one. Nom nom! (*^^*)
