87. SHIT...

Paige's Pov:

"Hey Holly, I can help move the meat. Just pick out what you want to give to Melody Paige. Also, if there's a way we can repay you, I will do that." Parker tells me.

"Okay, Parker, when Winston comes back, I'll have him go through this with you. Also, there's dried fruit somewhere in here, too.. take some for Holly, Elodie, and Melody. Next time you have a bit, come over so my hubby's can show you the drying process." I tell him.

"Thank you. My females will love the fruit. Lately, it's been harder to find them." I nod.

"Shuu can show you where he gets them. He's very good at bringing home fruits. Plus, I've been saving seeds for after the cold season to plan some things. So whenever the cold season is over, I'll send some." Parker nods his tail swaying.

"Thank you, Paige. I've been craving sour fruits like crazy." Holly tells me.

"Oh, I saved some for during my pregnancy. My hubby's went a bit crazy drying them. I'll have them find them for you, too, then." We laugh. We head back up, closing the door behind us. We see Winston walk in.

"Wow, Winston, what's with the storage. It looks like you're planning for a year of cold." Rosa laughs.

"Well... I guess we did go a bit out of hand.. we were just scared." I lean on Winston as he hugs us. Faith starts giggling, grabbing Winston's hair.

"My little cub wants to be held by Father Winston? Aww, my little blue beam." Winston takes Faith from my arms. I chuckle, kissing Winston.

Finally, Winston tires Faith out. Laying her in the soft bed. Winston starts going through the food storage with Parker and Travis.

"So Paige, that hunky Lion really has a bonner for you. Eh?" She wiggles his eyebrows at me. I throw a dried fruit at her.

"Shut up.." I tell her.

"Oh bitch throw me some more those are good." Rosa laughs. We all giggle. Shuu comes in lighting the fire to warm the house up.

"Hey Shuu. Are they almost done? We made sandwiches. Tell them all to take a break." He laughs.

"Yeah their.. uh well? They went a bit.. let me show you." He picks me up taking me outside. Rosa follows us as does Holly. One look, and my head starts to spin. Trees everywhere. It's very pretty. Also, there are a few fruit trees, too. The big canopy trees are neatly in a circle surrounding the cocoa trees. There's baskets of the cocoa pod fruits. The new walkway leads right into the center of the trees. It looks magical. The grass is mostly dug up, but I'm okay with it. There's huge claw marks on the ground with dirt everywhere. New boulders sit in random piles with dirt on them.

"I like it. Just need flowers to put on the boulders. It looks so pretty." I tell Shuu. I don't see Damian or Kaden.

"Yeah, it does look nice. They seen more plants to bring, so they will be back. Do you want flowers, Paige?" Shuu asks with a grin.

"I do, but it would be a waste to get them before cold season." I tell him.

"You can always ask them to get the bush ones or lavender. They grow in the cold." I chuckle.

"Oh, the purple flowers? Okay!" Shuu sets me down and runs off.

"Shuu, it's okay!" I yell out to him.

"It's okay Paige, I'll get it!" Shuu takes off. Rosa laughs a bit.

"Ahaha you're so funny Paige! Let him enjoy making you happy. All male's are like this. They are hard workers." Rosa tells me. As we watch a very wet Fin walk up looking guilty. The smell off of him is strong.
