Paige's Pov:

"Also we need to reinforce the village. Lucien go talk some sense to Alec. I'm not going to be a sitting duck during cold season." I tell him.

"I was just going to do that today. Also Shuu your good at digging we need a spot deep that can hold a warm temperature for Curtis to hibernate. The soil is warm by the bathroom. I think it might have a underground liquid rock tunnel. Dig but make sure not to deep. Maybe your height." Shuu nods.

"I can do that." Shuu nods puffing out his chest.

"Muir you need to scout the ferals once more. Stay hidden and take Sandy's cub." Lucien tells him.

"Yep." He kisses me and Faith. Ready to head out as we hear a knock at the door. Muir opens the door and outside I see a man standing there with platinum blond hair almost white. His eyes are gold. Wow he's handsome. He has wings behind his back the same color as his hair. Wait... Gage?

"Hey brother did mother send you here?" Shuu asks him walking to the door.

"Yes she did. I heard about your mate Shuu. I don't want to cause issues with you Shuu. If you don't feel that I should join your family. I can always tell mother that I'm not interested in your female." He pats Shuu's shoulder.

"No I'm not mad Gage. Paige is perfect. Come in and meet her. I don't mind sharing but it's up to Paige." Gage nods. Walking in he bows to me.

"Fox Queen." He says. I look at Lucien. I cough awkwardly.

"Just Paige will be good. It's nice to meet you. Hunny can you take Faith for me? I blush as I pull my top back up." Gage is respectful and doesn't look thank God.

"I've heard a lot about you. I also watched you for a bit. I hope I'm not intruding on you or making you uncomfortable." He tells me.

"No your not.. I was just feeding my cub. So Gage would you like to sit down?" I ask him. He looks at Faith smiles at her then looks at me pulling a item from his pouch. It's a bamboo tube of something. He hands it to me. Oh it's a box. I open it. Oh my god it's a hair piece. It's gold a gold pin with his feathers shaped as flower pedals, they were dipped in something to make them hard. Gold stems coming from around the flower with green, orange and yellow leaf shaped stones on the stems. It has two long strand of his hair coming from it with stones dangling on the hair. Looking like falling leaves. I look up at him.

"I just made this. I know you wear things in your hair. I figured if you take me as a mate or not it would still look good on you." I smile as he explains.

"Thank you it's beautiful. Gage.. I promised my mate's I won't take anymore... I.." I try to explain.

"Paige I understand." Gage says.

"You do?" I ask him.

"Yes that's why I'll be your guardian." He smirks then Shuu laughs. Stunned I look at him. Winston nods.

"But.. that I can't.. that's like using you I can't do that." I tell him.

"Then don't I'll watch you and see what you need and do it without you needing to ask me. Let's be honest.. I told Holly I wasn't interested even Rosa. I've been watching you every now and then. Your a great female. You have more cubs on the way. Your mates are strong but you and your cubs have needs. I'm a unwanted male. Not many would ever want me. I know I can help you. I also know I can protect you and the cubs. I may not be as strong but I have advantage of flight and land. I'm a lion with wings. I can contribute to your family. I really love you.. So I'm sorry but I will stay your guardian until I die or if you choose me as your male. Even if I never become your mate it will bring a reason to my life." He looks at me with a smile. His hands shaking. I get it.. I completely get it.

"I can understand that loneliness." I nod. He sighs in relief.

"So I'm here for you Paige." I nod.

"Well then welcome home Gage." He smiles more.

"Thank you." He says. Shuu looks at me.

"I'm not mad.. I'm overwhelmed.. your very determined. I just wish I can give you a chance but.." I say shaking my head.

"Eh who knows he might have a chance if he convinced a certain snake." Winston laughs.

"Hey I mean it you bunch ware me out enough.." Muir laughs.

"I don't hear any complaints at night." Damian says jokingly.

"Yes you do but you choose to ignore them." I say as he chuckles.

"Face it Paige you enjoy it and usually your complaints don't mean stop.." Shuu says. I get embarrassed.

"Yeah you lucky bitch. You get more dick than I do each night." I look over Rosa just walked in. I laugh getting up I hug her. Winston just shakes his head. I see Holly and Melody. I hug Holly. Melody keeps to herself hugging on a male I've sent around before.

"Holly! It's been a long time. How are you? I figured you were busy." She laughs.

"Don't mind me ill just sit over here stealing your cute pudgy baby cheeks isn't that right? Oh look at you! Your so cute Yes you are. Damn were going to need a bat to ward off the males when she's older. Don't worry cousin Rosa will help you get all the hot male's! Then live vicariously through you won't i?" I look at Rosa baby talk my daughter into being a pervert like her. Oh my dear God.

"No way Rosa! She doesn't need hot male's. She needs strong loyal males." Winston tells her.

"Ugg.. look I know that you want Faith to have strong males okay but looks matter too. Oh and by the way you think that scar makes you ugly but it doesn't. Paige doesn't fuck you with a bag over your head right? See my point being if there's no attraction then there's nothing that can grow. Unless it's a dick those grow. My point being..." Rosa explains.

"Okay that's yeah. Rosa tell Paige about the fruits your male found." Thank you Holly.

"Oh yeah! Look I found cocoa pods! Bitch you better be the most excited female ever this niece found your hangry ass chocolate!" I jump up hugging Rosa!

"OH MY GOD!!" I yell out jumping.

"Yeah, so um. I need your dragons because we must pull every last tree down and plant them in our yards." I laugh.

"Hell yeah!" I see Damian and Kaden get up walking to Rosa's mate Roy. We giggle.

"Yeah also bring all the pods. You might need baskets." Rosa says.

"I'll help!" Winston rushes out the door faster than anybody. Rosa cackling looking at him run off.

"Ahaha oh shit that's fucking funny! I love making my quiet uncle uncomfortable. It's to fucking easy. Oh yeah boys come in and see your great aunty's. If I catch you chewing or even pissing in this house I'll rub your faces in it. So be nice! Also your great uncle Shuu will take you outside to pull weeds if your bad. Got it? Specially you! Yeah I've seen you pee on your brother's toy last night you turd. Also don't rough house with the cub she's fragile. You hurt her and I'll make you eat turnips for a month." The three cubs nod obediently. I see Cal nod while chewing on a turnip. Oh my god. Holly laughs her ass off running for the toilet.

"What did Cal do?" I ask her.

"This shit thought it would be hilarious to piss on my leg a few nights ago. Thinking if he marked me he gets me that night." Rosa rolls her eyes.

"Ah common Rosa.. I didn't mean to piss on your leg.. I meant to piss in the bush but you walked in front of me yelling about some red fruit that I was eating and put down to go take a piss." He says.

"You pissed on my leg! It smelt like asparagus! And you don't even eat asparagus!" Rosa raises her eyebrow. Hands on her hips glaring at Cal.
I laugh.

"It's not funny bitch. You just wait until your hubby pisses on you. It's awful." I laugh harder.

"Uh... there won't be anyone marking our Paige like that." Shuu says slinking his arms around my waist.

"Yeah I bet..." Rosa looks at Shuu skeptical.
