Paiges Pov:

After breakfast Caspian and Curtis give me kisses. Their going to get hippocampus skin.

"Oh yeah the shell bed can you find them?" I ask.

"Of course I was planning on looking for them. Do you want us to bring back dinner too?" Hmm yum!

"Yes! Please yum I would love to eat cod or tuna anything yummy oh even lobster! Oh god if you get lobster.. I need to make butter!" I excitedly dance. Yum! Lobster!

"We will get it for you Paige. We will bring a lot back." Curtis tells me.

"Yay! Thank you! Winston we need a big pot! Oh and Shuu I need a wooden bucket with a lid and a stick with a flat end on the end so I can make butter."

"Okay Paige we'll be back." Curtis tells me. I hug them both giving kisses.

"Be safe okay?" They nod.
They leave and we get to work.

"Harvey we need to find a lot of spices. Can I go with you?" I ask giving puppy eyes.

"Sure but I'd feel better with two or three of us go." Hmm yeah I don't want to be abducted or attacked.

"Yep I agree so who's going?" I look at my hubby's.

"I'll go with feather." Muir says I grab his hand nodding.

"I'll go with you too." Kaden tells me.

"Sounds good! Who's staying to watch our egg?"

"I am and Lucien you don't need to worry we will keep our cub warm." Damian reassured me. Okay perfect.

"Okay loves I'll be back with spices then I might need two smalls pots to make dipping sauce one with no spice and one spicy." I nod. Harvey, Muir, Kaden and I go outside.

"Winston my handsome tiger, we're going to get some spices we will be right back! Where is Shuu?" I ask.

"He's getting wood for your butter thing." I nod okay sweet!

"Well if you run into him first tell him where we are. We're going over to those woods." He nods kissing me. I kiss him back as we head off.

I skip our way following my hubbys out of the village then i run into Harvey's back as all my hubby's stop. I hear growling. I peek over. It's a feral male with brown short hair with horns. He's tall and very tan. But he looks angry.

"Leave feral!" Kaden growls out. Oh handsome protective hubby for the win.
I male growls back.

"What is you going into my territory?" He asks us. Huh?
So I speak up.

"Uh... my mates go into the woods quite frequently. Where is your territory anyways?" Curious it might be our mistake.

"Oh a female going into my territory? Why?" He says kind of confused.

"Well we get medicines it's for me to eat them they taste pretty good." I explain.

"Does your territory have trees with a mark on them?" Harvey asked him.

"Yes that's how I smelt you."

"I'm sorry we really didn't mean to go into your area. I can understand why your mad." I tell him dang that area has good herbs from what Harvey has been bringing back.

"Well if you just want plants for your female I'll let you collect them..."

"For what in return?" Kaden asked him oh that's a good point.

"I want a female." Oh typical..

"I don't want more mates I have nine already and I'm honestly done having more. I'm sorry.. but I have a friend I can talk to she has a snake mate. She's very nice too but if you hurt her I'll make sure nobody finds your body. I'm pretty resourceful.." I grin evily.
He flinches a bit. Not from me but from Kaden.. I guess I'll get more tips from Curtis on how to be more intimidating. My hubby's usually just laugh when I try.. damn I pout.

"Okay should I wait?"

"Um.. yeah? You won't be trusted to come into the city. My love can you go get Jed here?" I rub Harvey's arm. I grin even more wickedly.
Harvey nods and runs back to the village.

"So.. how many stripes are you?" Curiously I ask him. He grins.

"None"

"Like I haven't heard that before. So penta?" I say his eyes go wide.

"H...how?"

"Because I have four mates who are."

"Oh.. so will the female like me?"
I study him.

"I think so and more protection would be good for her. She has only three males." I shrug.

"Hmm three mates..." he says under his breath.

"Yep she's really really nice and loving. The more protection for her the better."

"Hmm.. she likes all of these mates?"

"Yep loves them so don't think about it. You and a female you need to share and compromise, how can one mate take care of their female by themselveswhile protecting her , and if you have cubs. That job will be harder. Share or nothing." I tell him. Damn I'm a good match maker.
He thinks about it then nods.

"Your right." He grits out.

"I know." I grab onto Muir so he can pick me up. He does and I giggle.

"If my mate who's also a snake can you can learn how too." I point to my beautiful snake mating mark.

"And if she turns me down?"

"I won't promise something that's not my place to do so. It's up to you if you can charm her enough or not. And it's up to her if she likes you or not. I just set it up that's all I will do." I answer honestly. Harvey and Jed make it over. Jed studies the male.

Then they start fighting. Jed looks bored as he keeps throwing the male. Oh he's also a brown Buffalo. We sit and watch this back and forth for a bit. I start getting bored too.

"So if it's okay were going to right back we need to pick some stuff real fast." I yell out. Jed nods.

"Where to first Paige?" Harvey asks.

"Of course his territory he said we could. We are going to even pull up some of the plants to pot them." I smile Kaden and Muir laugh.

We get there and Kaden starts pulling the whole plant up for me. We don't take all of them but enough to keep us going. We end up finding a huge rosemary bush but looking at the thing it's more like a tree. We take it... I take a few pepper plants, squash, basil tree, mint shrub, whole ginger plant, garlic, mint shrub, and a tomato plant. We collect herbs that you eat the roots from so, onion, garlic, potatoes, carrot, and radish. Well I clean my hands off from dirt clapping them.

"This place is cleansed." I say laughing.
We head back to Jed by now there's fallen debris everywhere trees, and sticks. We see a Buffalo laying there panting on the ground. Jeds tail on him.

"Soo... how did it go.." I laugh a bit.

"He will follow mine and Markus rules now. I can show him Holly." The Buffalo male looks up surprised.

"Good thing he won't try attacking now he knows how strong you are. How is Holly?" I ask.

"She is doing good very happy. Her estrous cycle just passed. Parker and me have been taking Elodie out while Markus tries to have cubs." I nod.

"That's good so how is Parker fitting in?"

"He's doing well actually. He has a bit more to mature but all in all he's doing his part but don't blame me if I have peacock for dinner.." he grumbles.

"Yeah Alva needs maturing also.. speaking of green hair have you seen a green curly haired male in the village?" I ask curiously.

"No but if I do? Then what?"

"Send him away.." he nods.

"If I see him I will. What did he do?"

"He kept following and watching me it was just weird. None of my hubby's seen him since." I say. He just nods. Wrapping hid tail around the Buffalos feet and starts dragging him back to the village. I point laughing. Muir chuckles with me.
