65. Eggy

Paige's Pov:

I wake up sore as hell, but in a good way. I wonder if that connection worked with Kaden..
Damian takes me to get a bath, and while I'm in the tub, I try something again. I try to feel Shuu through my mate mark. I touch his mark giggling. I start to feel confused and then happy. That's weird. I started to try to project my feelings. I close my eyes, recalling making out with Shuu. He's a really amazing kisser. Hearing a loud noise, I see Shuu run in.

"Paige!" He goes and hugs my naked body. He kisses me. Oh my god, did it work? I lace my fingers in his hair, exploring his mouth.

"Did it work?" I ask, biting his lower lip lightly.

"I had visions of us kissing. Was that you? I also felt you more than normal." Shuu explained.

"Oh my god.. I did that with Kaden, too, but it was sex.." I start laughing. My poor hubby probably has blue balls now.

"You did that to him? Oh, you poor thing. I won't be helping you when they get back home." I laugh then pout.

"What happened? Why did you run in so fast, Shuu?" Damian and Caspian ask him.

"Uh.. Paige sent me her thoughts through the mating mark of us kissing." I nod.

"You can do that? I've never heard of a female who can do that." Caspian walks to me.

"I was just seeing what I can do.. should I try it again?" I ask them. They all nod.
So I close my eyes. I think of kissing Caspian, but somehow, it reminds me of that night where I was watched by my husband's. I start rubbing my legs together, and I can't help it. I hear growls, and I feel aroused and overheated. I open my eyes, and my hubby's that stayed home with me are surrounding me. I look at them their all looking at me with pure lust in their eyes.

"So.. why are you.." I don't get to finish what I want to say because my husband's jumped me.

Two hours later~

This was a fun morning. Already dressed and in the kitchen with my husband's. Damian decided to hunt today. The storm is exceptionally bad outside. The winds sound like I can be lifted away if I go out there. Me and Lucien cook breakfast. After Damian gets home. It's really delicious. Holly is too sick today, so she's still asleep, so I put something aside for her to eat later. Parker had some things to do, so I told him I could watch Elodie, to which he agreed. So I play a few games like hide and seek or tackle the wolf. Shuu loves playing with Elodie, but I noticed Lucien is more about our eggs, which I think he will open up for our cubs but not anyone else's.
I braid Elodie's hair in a heart around her head it's so cute. Soon, Holly gets up and takes over. Markus was in the room with her, but I'm very surprised Alva was really good with Elodie, too. He played with her and brought her food. He's really her guardian, and I'm so happy he found his home.
I lean back into Lucien and Caspian. But I quickly jump up when we hear a cracking sound. Lucien has been holding our egg this whole time. I look hoping I didn't hurt our egg, but I see blue inside.
My males growl at Alva. He's still a unmated male. He gets up practically flying outside. I move a piece of the shell. This was way earlier than I expected but there really wasn't a known time cause this hasn't happened. Damian grabs our daughter gently from Lucien. We all get close watching. Then I see her. She's so absolutely adorable. A baby girl, not a dragon, no, she looks human.
Bright blue hair pudgy cheeks. I pick her up, cradling her. Her eyes are still closed. She has some goofy stuff on her.

"Get some warm water so I can bathe her also a fur and her clothes." I smile.
They rush around getting things. Harvey brings me a mild soap I can use. I kiss him. He hugs us.

"Paige, she has your nose." Harvey whispers.

"Harvey, I love you." I lean a bit on him.

"I love you too, Paige. Faith, my beautiful cub, welcome home." Harvey lightly rubs her hand. We get everything set up. I put my wrist in the water. It's perfect. I put her feet in as she kicks the water. I start bathing her. After Damian drys her off and gets her dressed. I used a hippocampus cloth with cotton for a diaper. Everyone gets to hold her. Damian holds her extra of course cause our cub is the first dragon female. Holly holds her too.

"Aww, Faith, such a beautiful female." She starts getting fussy, so I decide to try, and breasts feed her. Knowing I'm still producing milk. She latched on easily, and eventually, my milk flowed.
I wrap our quilt. Caspian brought to me from our room around me and Faith. I tear up a bit sadly.

"Paige, what's wrong." Damian asks.

"I wish all of my mates were home to see her." Harvey wipes my tears.

"Paige, they will be home soon, okay?" I nod. Lucien pulls me to his lap. He rubs Faith's cheek. Looking down at me.

"Don't cry they are going to be fine, and they will be just as excited seeing her tomorrow as they would today. They want you to be happy and healthy and our cub." He kisses my temple. He's right.. I lean back on Lucien.

"You're right." I add.

"Of course. Do you see this Faith? Mother is stressing about nothing again. Think we need to go get mother some tea do you think? Come here, Father Lucien. I will go get you some beautiful furs too." He takes Faith from my arms. Damian and Lucien take Faith to the room, and then the kitchen is holding some beautiful furs around her. Aww. Caspian holds me while Shuu and Harvey cuddle me.

"Aww, that is so amazing, Paige. I can't wait until I see what my mates will be like around my cubs." Holly tells me.

"Yeah, I bet the same way, too." Holly grins. Elodie hops onto Shuu again with a few loud giggles.

"Caspian? Can you make that fish you made a few nights ago?" I smile up at him. He rubs my stomach with a smile.

"Of course, Paige." He happily smiles, setting me in Harvey's arms going outside. They bring back Faith she's in Damian's arms, and Lucien is carrying tea for all of us. It smells good like Jasmine. Damian sits beside me, holding our sleeping little girl.
We hear a knock on the door, wondering who it is. Lucien gets the door. It's Russ Shuu's father.

"Hi! Come in." I say. He smiles at me, nodding to my hubby's.
He's holding a wooden box.
He comes over sitting down. Looking at our cub.

"Is this?" He asks.

"This is our female cub she just hatched. Do you want to hold her?" I ask him. He gets misty eyed.

"Let me bring my mate she'd be mad if she knew I held her first." I chuckle nodding. He gets up running out. Eventually, he comes back with Mom and her mates. They all come in as she runs right for Faith. She picks her up gently. Kissing her head.

"Aww your precious!" She rocks her a bit. Soon she hands her to Russ and then her other mates. They all get to hold her.

"You can come over anytime if you want to see the cubs." I tell her. She hugs me.

"Oh I will soon you will want to eat those words." We laugh.

"See I have always wanted a female cub, but all I had was males. It's okay, though. I love them all, but Faith will most definitely be spoiled." She laughs. Well, as long as grandma does it, I'm fine.

"That's understandable." I add we all talk about Holly's pregnancy and mine. We talk about how I attend to raise Faith and what she needs.
Russ picks the box up, putting it down in front of me.

"Here, take a look. This is a very old artifact we have from the wolf tribe. It's said to bless the wolf royal family. I wanted to have Russ bless you from the Beast God. We did with Rosa as well. It will help with your pregnancy, health, and happiness. Can we?" Sandy explained.

"Okay, of course. Thank you." I tell them. They pull the artifact out. It's a stone statue of a kirin with gold flecks inside. The statue is a bit big. Its one front leg is out as its head is proudly up. They set up the Kirin with a cup by the foot they pray and pour water on the statue, and whatever makes it in the cub from the leg, they hand to me in a cup to drink. I look in the cup and the water is a blue color. I look at them with wide eyes, and my mouth gaped a bit.

"Drink to the Beast God!" She says. I repeat and drink it. It tastes like sugary water. I don't feel different, but I'm relaxed.
