51. Abalone Nest

Paige's Pov:

We get home finally. I send Jed with some herbs to cook for Holly. I see the butter churn made and the stone pots. Yay! I hug my hubby's in pure joy. I've had crab at my friend's house a long time ago but never lobster, and she said it's better. So today is a real treat.

"Okay, first we're going to need milk. And then you pour it in the churn and move this stick up and down. Um.. it's really tiring to do it, though." I tell them.

"It's okay Paige, we can do it." Winston kisses my head.

"Thank you, love. I can help too. I'm sure I can.."

"You cook since we all love your cooking." Lucien tells me.

"Okay, yes! I'll do that. Hey Muir, my handsome Hawk. Are you good at peeling things?" I ask him.

"Of course feather, do you want me to peel the lobster like the crab?"

"Please, I really appreciate it." He hugs me.

"Okay, I can do it." He kisses my shoulder.

"What can I help with?" Shuu smiles. Keke, he's so sweet. Hmm, I know.

"Shuu, you're perfect for this job. Can you make more plates and a few small bowls? Also, a few um forks I'll draw them for you. We will probably need Damian or Kadens' help since dinner time will be soon." I add. He nods proudly.

"Yes, I will do it, my beauty." Kaden adds as he pinches my ass walking outside. I yelp. Shuu runs outside, too, after pinching my ass too.

"Hey!" I yelp.

"Harvey, you help me cook, okay?" I play with his ears.

"What do you want me to do." Lucien wiggles his eyebrows at me. I laugh.

"Well, I need you to do the most important part. Bring our cub egg in here and keep her warm, please?" I kiss him. He smiles.

"I can do that." He rubs his nose on mine.

We get to work. I start cleaning up my cooking area. Getting all the herbs that we will use placed on the counter.
I clean the pots too with help from Harvey, of course, cause I can't lift anything.

Caspian's Pov:

We swim around looking at the ocean floor for Abalone shells we so far found two. We do find lobster. Curtis isn't bad he also knows some spots to look as well.
We look in a cave and find one luminous pearl. Then we see a few of the sea foam clans.

"What are you and a snake doing so close to our city?" The male asks.

"We are here looking for things for our female." I tell him.

"A female mated a snake?" He asks us. Curtis hisses out.

"Yes." Curtis tells the merman.

"So we need to be on our way." I tell him. He nods.

We keep looking, and we do find another abalone shell. We were able to hunt two hippocampus. It is rare to find the mean ones.

Paige's Pov:

Hmm, I feel hot from working. I bet all my hubby's feel the same, so I suggest we all go play at the river since it's warm right now and there's no rain right now. They agree. So we all get ready this time. Muir wants to stay with our egg. So I put my silver dress on made from Caspian and a snake skin tube top and panties that will be my bikini. We get going down to the river. There are a few females and their males. So we find a spot that has almost nobody.
I pull my silver dress off. I hold onto Damian. All my hubby's get in, and Damian brings me in with him. Since I can't swim. I hold onto my hubby's. I smile at them.

"We might need a huge pool eventually." I giggle.

"If you want it, I'll make it." Winston tells me. I grab onto Winston.

"Okay, well, when we find out where we will live permanently, then we will make one." I tell him.

"Hi female!" I look over my hubby's growl at a fox male.

"Hi." I tell him back.

"Uh, I was wondering if you'd want to be my female?" At that, Lucien growls at him, getting out of the water. The male sees his tails and just bolts.
Well valid response.. we go back to playing. Damian gets out of the river and walks in the trees a bit. All my hubby's are on guard, so we get out as Winston starts carrying me home.

"What is it?" I ask.

"That green haired male you mentioned." I nod. Oh..

We get inside still a bit wet and cold. Harvey gets us furs to dry off. Damian is still gone.

"Will Damian be okay?" I worry.

"He will be." Kaden assures me.
I wait impatiently for him. He finally comes back home, so I hug him.

"He ran.. I didn't see the male very well, but he got away." He grunts out annoyed.

Eventually, Caspian and Curtis come home with a haul. So Harvey and I get to cooking. Yum! We boil the lobster, Muir unshells it for me and put it on a huge plate. I melt butter in two pots, making one spicy and one that's not. I also make roasted vegetables even though only a few of us like them.
It all gets plated, and we start eating.

"So good Paige thank you." Shuu tells me.

"Worth the trip, I'll get more for us, Paige." Caspian says.

"Oh my god, thank you. This is definitely amazing. Thank you for all your hard work!" I tell them with a big grin. Mm my first time eating lobster.
After we all get ready for bed.
We all fall asleep.

I wake up yawning. Ugg I need water. I grab my pearl walk to my lovely kitchen grabbing a cup. I take a big drink. Hmm? I notice my stone pan out on the counter.
I sigh picking it up. I place it in it's spot. Putting my drink down I walk to the bedroom but I black out.
