The house was cleaned, everyone had been fed and except for the guys, Lou and Lux, the house was back to normal. It was nice to have the serenity back to some degree. I loved having the guys over as it was wonderful watching them all together – a strong brotherhood. With the upcoming album and songwriting I knew it was going to take him on tour after the first of the year. We'd be heading to New York soon and then to London. I was already looking at getting some winter clothes out and packed knowing it would be much different than Los Angeles for certain. I might just have to do some shopping. Maybe Lou and I could do some shopping together. I would love to spend more time with her and God knows she'd be a great sounding board on style.

Lux was taking a nap when Lou came down the stairs and saw me standing in the kitchen staring outside the sliding glass door out at the backyard.

"What's on your mind, Em" she asked.

"Nothing really just enjoying the beauty of this backyard and thinking of London I guess. We'll be heading to New York in a couple days and then going to London. I'm thinking I need to do some clothes shopping for London. Think you'd be up for it, Lou? I could really use a woman's point of view. Harry is great for shopping, don't get me wrong, but I'd like to be able to surprise him." I said.

"Say no more, let's go while Lux is asleep. The guys will keep an eye on her and we'll have a great time." She said smiling from ear to ear. "This is going to be so much fun." She said excitedly. "Let me get my phone and purse. I'll drive." She ran up the stairs while went upstairs to our room to grab my purse and phone as well.

We met in the hallway and walked down the stairs and into the living room. Harry and the guys were sitting on the sofa playing games. I leaned over Harry and gave him a hug from behind. "Hey babe, Lou and I are going shopping, girls day out. We'll be back later. Have fun with the guys" I said as I went to kiss him on the neck. He pulled me over the sofa so I landed on him where he promptly scooped me up into his lap.

"Oh really now? Who's driving you two?" he asked.

"Lou is driving. We'll be fine, don't worry so much." I said as I tried to wiggle free. He held tightly on to me while he leaned in and kissed me gently on the lips.

"Promise me you'll be careful. Lou is fun to shop with, you'll enjoy yourself." He smiled as he let me up.

"We will babe. See you later." I said as I walked over to Lou and we left the house. Lou was grinning ear to ear when we heard "Mum! Mum! Mum!" from the front door. Harry was trying desperately to catch her but she slipped from his grasp and was making a beeline for Lou. "I want to go! Please mum?"

Lou looked at me as she picked Lux up in her arms. I nodded and opened the back door of the Rover so she could put Lux in the car seat. Harry ran over to us and looked at us apologetically.

"She woke up and heard shopping and came tearing down the hall. I couldn't grab her fast enough Lou. I'm sorry. We can keep her here if you two want to just go wild" he reassured us.

"I don't mind" I said looking at Harry and Lou. Lou looked at me and said "I don't mind either. Need to train her young you know?"

"I feel badly, ladies." Harry said looking embarrassed he hadn't been able to hold on to her. I leaned into Harry and whispered "I don't mind at all. I love spending time with her, you know that."

"Yeah but this was going to be the two of you. I figured you'd get facials and manicures and do fun stuff." He said.

"So, Lux can join us. Isn't that right little one?" I asked her. She giggled and clapped her hands.
