I'm well aware that you may have different ship and character preferences than what I have here, but don't worry about it. I've always imagined this happening, and this is a little fast-paced, but it's the best I can do in 1000 words.

AOTD: Isaac Lahey
You sat on your couch, rewatching the penultimate episode of season 3a of Teen Wolf. The volume was almost all the way up so you could hear over the raging storm outside. You stuffed Twizzlers into your mouth, screaming internally as Stydia and Allisaac were paired together as tethers.
"[Y/N]!" Your mom yelled. "Come put your clothes away before you start another episode!"
"Mom, please! Scott, Stiles, and Allison just temporarily sacrificed themselves to find the Nemeton!"
Just as you were about to start the 3a finale, lighting struck so close you felt as if your entire house had been lit on fire for a brief second, and then the power went out, leaving you unable to see.
You groaned, wanting to get back to Teen Wolf, and got up to feel around for the emergency pre-powered light switch. Your hand travelled across the cold wall until you found it, and flicked it on.
You screamed the second you came into the light. Your surroundings had changed completely. Your living room had transformed into someone else's.
Your eyes widened as you heard someone coming down the stairs, and you stood unable to move. Your heart was beating out of your chest.
"[Y/N], are you okay?" An attractive man emerged out of the dark at the top of the stairs.
The second you saw him, you were convinced that your heart had now exploded. You couldn't even feel it beating.
"TYLER POSEY!" You screamed.
"What's going on?" Another guy came down.
"DANIEL SHARMAN!"
"What?" Tyler asked.
"What- what's happening?" You responded. "Am I in fangirl heaven?"
"Sweetheart, who are Tyler and Daniel?" Tyler asked.
Your jaw dropped.
"Scott, what's going on with your girlfriend?"
At this point, your internal organs had all stopped working. Your jaw was on the floor. You weren't sure whether to fangirl or die. Or both.
"You're Scott McCall," you said, eyes wider than humanly possible. "I'm in Beacon Hills. I'm dating you."
Scott nodded, a look of confusion and concern on his face.
"I'm on Teen Wolf," you whispered to yourself.
"Scott, she's crazy," Isaac, whispered, just loud enough for you to hear.
"What grade are we in?" You asked, so quickly and so suddenly that both boys jumped.
"Um, eleventh," Scott answered.
"I'm in 3a," you said, and they looked completely lost. You were even more lost. You had just finished watching episode 11 of season 3. They weren't supposed to be at home. Isaac should be at the hospital, and Scott should be with Deucalion. There was only one explanation- you had changed things. "Okay, I'm going to need an exact summary of everything that's happened in the past 24 hours."
Scott was confused as hell, but he explained anyways. From what you could tell, most things were similar, but Cora had never been poisoned, and no one ever went to the hospital, meaning the pack was still in tact, aside from the fact that Sheriff Stilinkski had been taken by Jennifer.
