[Ashley's POV]

"So.. is she dying? Malalang sakit 'yon, diba?" I asked Mom as soon as we heard that she's sick.

"She is."

"Well that's a good news for me. Nakakainis nga lang dahil hindi matutuloy 'yong European tour natin but.. mas okay sakin na may sakit siya. Stage 3? Malabo na yatang maka-survive siya."

"I hope she won't get better. Kapag nawala siya, magiging pabor 'yon para sating dalawa and you can do, and have anything you want."

"Kahit si Tristan? Ugh--tama. Kahit si Tristan."

"Don't be too excited. I heard, dadalhin siya sa America."

"Really? But okay na din! At least wala siya dito and I can get Tristan away from her while she's there. I have to think of a plan. You'll help me with this naman diba?"

"Of course. Anything for you."

We smiled.

This is a great opportunity for me.

And I will take this opportunity.. for granted.

Watch and see, Jessica. Everything you have will soon slip away from your hands.

When she left, I immediately took action.

And wow, I never knew that the first step is going to be this easy.

Mukhang naniwala nga si Tristan na sinabi ni Jessica sakin na I should look after him while she's not around. I even have the chance to be with him all day and I'm freakin' enjoyin' it.

One day sa Rockhieghts, palabas na ko when someone called my attntion.

"Hoy." I looked back. It's Jessica's loud bestfriend, Thea.

"What?"

"Ano nanamang pinaplano mo ha? Magti-take advantage ka pa sa sitwasyon?"

"Wala kang pakialam kung anong gusto kong gawin. Just get lost."

"Ugh? Ikaw kaya 'tong mag-get lost diyan! Papansin ka rin eh 'no? Layuan mo si Tristan! Alam ko 'yang binabalak mo ah!"

"Bakit may magagawa ka ba? Wala si Jessica kaya wala din naman siyang magagawa. Malamang sa mga oras na 'to nakahiga siya sa hospital bed at walang kahit na anong idea sa nangyayari. Hayaan mo na. Mamamatay na din naman na siya eh."

"Ano?!"

"Sa tingin mo ba gagaling pa siya? 'Yong Mommy niya nga hindi nakaligtas do'n diba? Kaya okay lang na gawin ko 'to, ayoko namang mag-aksaya pa ng oras at hintaying mamatay siya bago ko gawin 'to."

"Ugh--sumusobra na na talaga ah!!"

"Ah! Hey--bitawan mo ko--what the hell?!"

Sumugod siya at sinabunutan ako! Wala talagang breeding 'tong babaeng 'to!

Pinalampas ko na lang. Out of the picture naman siya at wala akong mapapala sa kaniya.

So back to Tristan, we became friends which makes this plan more easier to do.

Ang nakakainis lang, araw-araw na lang si Jessica pa rin 'yong bukang bibig niya. Tinitiis ko lang dahil I'm trying to look nice.

I even told him that I'm going to help him. That's a plus point for me, right?

"Mom. I need your help."

"What?"

"Sabi ko kay Tristan I'm going to help him contact Jessica or Tito Leo. But of course I won't give his number. You need to help me with this."
