His Sister - Gen X Reader

Quick A/N: So, as a dumb idiot, I didn't realise that this didn't save the original version. The only way I realised is when I looked at all the chapters to see what I have done and haven't. So I am really sorry to those who did read the original version of this and were confused as to why it was half finished. So if you go back and see the order, you will see that it has changed.

Y/N's Pov

I was woken up by my brother jumping on my bed.

"Ceylan, get off." I said, giggling as I pushed him off.

"Nope, we have to go to school." Ceylan said.

"Fine, but get out. I have to get changed." I said.

"Okay." Ceylan said.

He left the room and I got up.

I got changed in an outfit for school and grabbed my bag.

I left my room and went to the kitchen.

I made myself some cereal and Ceylan walked in.

"So, Y/N, I've seen you hang around Gen a few times." Ceylan said as he made toast.

"Is that a problem, he's my friend." I said.

"I know, but, I don't want you getting a boyfriend yet." Ceylan said.

"Bro, he is my friend, who's a guy. Isn't Beni your friend. You don't see me going around calling Beni your girlfriend." I said.

"Touche." Ceylan said.

We quickly ate our breakfast and went to school.

Once we got to school, we separated, kind of. I went to talk with BFF/N and Ceylan went to his own friends.

I talked with BFF/N a little bit until she had to leave cause a teacher called her up.

I stood under the tree for a bit until someone came in front of me.

I looked up and saw Gen.

"Hey." I said.

"Hi." Gen said.

"So, Ceylan asked about us hanging out." I said.

"And." Gen said.

"He assumed we were dating. I told him we weren't." I said.

He stood next to me.

"Anything else." Gen said.

"I also told him that if he wants to continue assuming we were dating, then I was going to do the same with Beni." I said.

"But he could be." Gen said.

"Yeah, yeah." I said.

"I don't understand why you want to keep us a secret." Gen said, hugging me from behind and putting his head on top of mine.

"You know my brother. And as much as I know that your stronger than him, I don't think I want either of you dead." I said as I removed his hands from around me.

I turned around to face him.

"I know. But hiding it is kind of hard." Gen said.

"How is it hard for you?" I asked.

"The amount of girls that chase me everyday is unbelievably annoying." Gen said.

"And you want to prove to them you have a girlfriend to tell them to back off?" I asked.

"Yeah." Gen said, hugging me.

The bell rang and I pulled out of the hug.

"I'll see you after school?" I questioned, looking up at Gen.

"Yeah." Gen said.

"Okay, see ya." I said, kissing his cheek and running off.

*later on that day. After school*

I was walking out of school, looking towards Gen, who was waiting for me.

Once we got next to each other, he grasped my hand and we headed to the park.

We got to the park and hung out.

After a bit, we had sat down on a bench and talked.

That's when I felt someone staring at me.

I brushed it as being paranoid.

That is when I leaned in to kiss Gen's cheek.

And I felt someone grab me from behind.

I turned around to see Ceylan.

"What the heck are you doing?" Ceylan asked.

"You were following me?" I asked.

"What were you doing?" Ceylan asked, his voice getting louder.

"You were following me." I stated.

"So what. You lied to me." Ceylan said.

"And why the heck do you think I did. Look at your reaction. Your about to lose your mind." I said.

"Your my sister. I'm supposed to be protect you. And I know what he was like. You shouldn't date him." Ceylan said.

"I know about that. He's good now." I said.

"No he's not. Listen to your brother for once." Ceylan said.

"I will, when your making sense." I said, glaring at him.

I grabbed Gen's hand and walked off.

Once we got to a fair distance, Gen stopped me and pulled me into a hug.

"Why can't he leave me alone?" I asked.

"He just doesn't want to loose you." Gen said.

"I know, but I'm not a child. I'm his twin sister. I can make my own decisions and regrets." I said.

"Hey, it's okay. He'll come around to his senses." Gen said.

"I hope so." I said.

"Now come on. I know a good ice cream shop close by." Gen said.

I looked up at Gen and smiled.

"Yeah, let's go." I said.

Gen smiled at me and kissed my cheek as we walked off.

Ceylan's Pov

I watched as Gen and Y/N smiled at each other.

I saw Gen kiss Y/N's cheek.

And I watched them walk off.

I was annoyed.

Not at anyone.

At myself.

I didn't want to lose my sister.

But I had no right to go off at her like that.

So I walked back home.

With regret.

And thoughts.
