Y/N's Pov

I was at the park with Gen, talking about random things.

We were hanging out as he was my best friend.

Well, ever since I knew him.

Which has been two years now.

"And I had seen her fallen over in the lake." I told Gen as we both laughed together.

Then my phone called.

I picked it up and saw that it was Wakemai.

"Oh, hey sis. What do you need?" I asked.

"The Turtle Diner is getting packed by the second, would you be able to hurry over here and help out?" Wakemai asked.

"Yeah sure." I said and ended the call.

I got up and grabbed my bag.

"Sorry Gen. Work calls for me and unfortunately I am not allowed to skip out on it." I said.

"That's fine." Gen said, getting up.

"Movie marathon tomorrow?" I asked.

"Sure." Gen said.

"See ya then." I said, giving him a quick hug and running off.

I ran to the Turtle Diner and got to it in record time.

"You got the orders?" Wakemai asked, tossing me an apron and notepad.

I nodded and started working.

After the day was over, I helped clean up.

I went home and started homework.

"Y/N! Where is my playstation remote?" Toxsa asked.

"On your bedside table." I said.

"Stop moving my stuff without my permission." Toxsa said.

"Yeah." I said quietly.

Then my dad walked in.

"Y/N, what's up with this?" Dad asked, showing me my report card.

I looked through it and saw that I had gotten scarcely close to failing my computing class and that I had gotten and C in my maths class.

"How can you fail your class again. This isn't good. Your twin brother has already skipped a year and your falling behind in your classes. Useless." Dad said walking out of the room.

I put my head down as I looked down at my homework.

"Y/N! You stupid idiot, my progress from yesterday is all gone. Did you not shut down my game properly yesterday." Toxsa yelled.

"I saved your game for you." I said.

"Apparently not. Ugh you are such an idiot. Can you not be worthless for once. I hate you." Toxsa said.

I died a little inside.

"I'm sorry." I said with tears streaming down my face.

"I'll try being better. And I won't touch your stuff. Now if you'll excuse me." I said, picking up my bag and walking out.

I heard Toxsa calling me back and heard Wakemai stopping him.

I walked towards a certain home with tears still streaming down my face.

Once I got there, I knocked on the door.

"Who is... Oh hey...." I cut him off by hugging him.

"Y/N, what's wrong? And why are you crying?" He asked.
