Reincarnated - Gen X Reader

Gen's Pov

I bashed through the door to the basement and saw two people tied up with guns to their heads.

I felt a gun on my head too.

"You can choose one of these people to save. Or save yourself. It's your choice. Tick tock." Some mysterious person said.

I looked between the two people.

Guren, my friend that helped me turn away from evil or Y/N, the one who I had been madly in love with.

Or I could be selfish and save myself.

"Gen, save Y/N." Guren said.

"No, save yourself." Y/N said.

"I'm giving you a minute." The mysterious man said.

I look at Guren and realised that I'd rather save him.

"I'm saving Guren." I said.

"Which one is that one. I don't know these names." The mysterious man said.

"The one with red and black hair." I said.

I heard the mysterious man chuckle and heard something happened and someone running.

"Now..." They mysterious man said and I didn't hear more as I felt pain through my head.

I felt my eyes close.

Soon I woke up but I seemed to be in a different family.

I looked out a window that seemed to be there and saw that I looked different.

I had blonde hair now apparently and green eyes.

I felt weirded out.

I looked to my side and saw a girl that looked very similar to me.

She woke up and looked at me.

"Gen, Y/N, we're here at our new house." Someone said.

I looked forward and saw two people that looked similar to us.

Our parents maybe.

And Y/N?

I looked at the girl and she looked straight at me.

We got to the house and were allowed to go to our room.

"Since you are twins, you two are going to share a room until we can get you separate rooms. Now you can go to your rooms." Our 'mum' said.

Twins?

I looked at 'Y/N' and she seemed equally confused.

We got to our room and sat down on our bed.

"Is that you Gen?" 'Y/N' asked.

"Yeah. How do I know it's you though?" I asked.

"You got us both killed by saving Guren." Y/N said.

"Okay, it's you. What's going on though?" I asked.

"I read about this once. It's something about if you die then you get reincarnated. But we seemed to be reincarnated as twins this time." Y/N said.

"I don't think I'm very comfortable like this." I said.

"Neither am I but we are like this for a while." Y/N said.

"Yeah." I said.

Third POV

Y/N and Gen spent the next few years as twins, somehow getting used to it.
