Helping out a friend - Chooki X Reader

A/N: Been a while so here's a long one. The ending is rushed because I got tired and needed it done. Hope it's good.

Y/N's Pov
"Look, all you got to do is just walk up to him and say hi." BFF/N said.

What was I doing?

Well, my friend likes a guy.

And we were in this bush, 'watching' this guy.

And by 'watching' we were outright stalking him.

This guy was with his one of his other friends, seems to be talking.

And my so-called best friend wants me to walk up to her crush and talk to him and hopefully hang out.

Why did I agree?

Because I had nothing better to do.

And this was better than sitting at home playing video games.

"Why can't you do it?" I asked.

"Because. I can't form a sentence around him. Come on. I'll get you anything you want." BFF/N said.

"Your gonna regret those words," I said getting up from the bush.

I walked behind them and tapped Chooki on the shoulder.

I knew their names since they were kinda popular.

"Hello. I was just wondering if you two could help hang up a few posters from the art club. There aren't many people after school and with the winter festival coming up, a few extra helping hands could help." I suggested.

Thank the whatever religion you believe in that I was in the art club.

"Hey. Aren't you the president of the art club. Y/N right? I'm Chooki and this is my friend Ceylan." Chooki said.

"Your right. And I know you two. Kinda hard not to forget the winner for the best jokes and the best sports player in the school. I think everyone knows who you are. But back to the topic, do you think you could help?" I asked smiling.

"Yeah, we're fine with helping. We're not doing much anyways." Ceylan said.

I smiled and gave them each a stack of papers.

I silently motioned for my friend to get out of the bush.

"Okay, Ceylan, you will go with my friend, BFF/N over there, and she will tell you where to put up those posters. I will direct Chooki. Got it?" I questioned.

They both nodded and Ceylan went to BFF/N.

I saw BFF/N go red and talked to Ceylan.

She guided him to a part of the school and I smiled, giving her a thumbs up.

She gave me one and walked off with Ceylan.

"So where are we putting these?" Chooki asked.

I focused my attention on Chooki.

"Well, since my club is busy actually making and drawing everything for the festival, it is my job as president to get these posters up. But if you've seen lately, I haven't been able to do it since I am alone. So just go around and put the posters up in random places. Here is some tape." I said placing some tape on his stack.

"Wanna work together?" Chooki asked.

I nodded.

"Sure," I said.

Chooki and I worked together to put up the posters.

"So what's the real reason you asked us to help you put up the posters?" Chooki asked.
