Y/N's Pov
I looked into the mirror as I sighed.

I put in my contact lenses and used makeup to cover up my face.

"I don't understand why you put all that on you. You aren't bad looking." Ceylan said as he stood at the door of the bathroom.

(Realising how much times I've made you Ceylan's sibling. Or his best friend)

"Cey, you don't understand. I'm not pretty without it." I said, looking at him from the corner of my eye.

"No. It's those people you call friends. You listen to them without a second thought and they do nothing for you. Just once, come hang out with my friends and you'll understand. They don't care for you. I do." Ceylan said as I turned to him.

"Ceylan. Those people care for me. Just as you do. They told me to put this on because they don't want me to be bullied for a few flaws." I said, smiling at him.

"Y/N... I wish I could change your mind." Ceylan said, hugging me and leaving.

"Hm..." I hummed, finishing with the makeup.

Guren's Pov
The gang and I were sitting together on the field, playing a game of uno.

"I can't change her mind. She won't listen to me and just continues to put on makeup." Ceylan complained.

"Uno. I know she's your sister but you might want to let her figure these things out on her own." Beni said as she placed her second last card down.

"No fair! But Beni's right, she would need to figure out this on her own." Toxsa said.

"You guys don't understand. She only listens to them. They're manipulating her. And she's too nice and too naive to listen to anyone else." Ceylan said.

"Try showing her a different way. Invite her out with us and maybe, uno, we could help her think differently." Gen said as he put down his last two cards thus winning.

"I think that a change of friends could maybe help her," Ceylan said.

"Um..." I trailed off as I thought about what to say next.

"Yeah, Guren?" Ceylan questioned.

"Well, um, I was thinking of maybe taking her out," I suggested.

"That could work. If she hangs out with one of the kindest people out there, but who would still be honest, maybe she could change." Ceylan reasoned.

"I was thinking maybe on a date. You've said that she hasn't been on a date before and maybe she'd feel more comfortable maybe going out with me." I suggested.

"Yeah. I could go over and help her out and she can go out with Guren." Beni said.

"Yeah, but you ask her out. And if you dare hurt a single strand of hair on her head, I will hunt you down and end you." Ceylan said, in such a calm way that it was threatening.

"I won't hurt her," I said.

"You'd better," Ceylan said, putting the cards down.

"Trust us and him Ceylan. He's the least likely to hurt her, or anyone out of us." Beni said.

"I'll just say, she needs to learn that her beauty is her own and shouldn't be defined by others," Chooki said.

I nodded and I got up.

"Hope she says yes," I said and walked away.

I found Y/N and smiled at her.

"Hey!" Y/N greeted me, waving at me.
