Admiration - Chooki X Reader

A/N: So, in this one, the tenkai knights are at their graduation year and you are two years younger than them. So, the tenkai knights are about 18 years, Toxsa being 17 because he's younger than them, and you are about 16. Hope that makes sense.

Y/N's Pov

Admiration. That's what I called it.

I didn't know when or how it started but it confused me.

At first, I would watch him from afar.

It helped since my friends and I had the habit of sitting under a tree near the field most of the time so I was able to watch him.

And at first, it was only a few glances. I thought it was uniqueness because he seemed different from other people.

His hair was odd, both in shape and style. And his eyes weren't a normal shade of green.

And that's what I thought of first.

Then it gradually got worse. If my friends on the field were there, and I couldn't spot him, I would make some sort of excuse, that ended up being true, to go see where he was.

Usually if he wasn't on the field, he was in the library studying up on something.

It was better for me as I loved to go to the library to read or go on the computers and I help around a few times.

He would usually be studying alone.

I noticed he has a lot of fans.

But why wouldn't he, he was the best at basically every sport.

I smiled as I watched him play soccer with his group of friends with weird hair.

Oh, his name. I guess I forgot to mention that.

And that's because, I didn't know his name.

I've been 'admiring' him for about three months and yet I've never been able to catch onto his name.

I've never heard him speak either.

So I barely knew anything about him.

I wanted to know more about him.

I wanted to talk to him.

But I felt as if there was no point.

Because in about two months, he would graduate.

And I won't ever see him again.

So I've never bothered speaking to him.

Because I don't find any point in it when I won't see him soon enough.

And anyways, once he graduates, I know this admiration will stop and I won't have this problem ever again.

Even though it's the first, it will also be the last.

"Hey Y/N, you gonna play uno with us?" One of my friends, Anette asked.

I just noticed that she took my uno cards from my bag without my consent, or notice.

(Not a lie, one of my friends actually do this)

"Those are my uno cards." I said, trying to grab them back.

"And we are playing uno. You joining or not?" Anette asked, lifting the cards to be out of my reach.

"No thanks. Not in the mood." I said as I plugged in my headphones.

I put my music on and drowned out everyone as I started thinking.

"Hey Y/N, you okay?" BFF/N asked.
