October meant Halloween, which also meant you and your boyfriends favorite holiday.
You and Jackson always went all out for Halloween. You would dress up, decorate each others houses, and hand out candy together. It was your thing. This year was different though. Before you two would dress up and make fun of supernatural creatures, now you both were one.
Jackson had his recent Kanima abilities come into play, and you were one of Derek's betas. Currently you were at Jackson's house, handing out candy.
"I can't believe you dressed up as a cat!" Jackson said, making fun of your costume.
"At least I'm not scaring people with my costume."
"This isn't a costume." Jackson said, pointing to his scales and tail.
"I told you to change back into a human."
"I'm good."
"You're insane." Suddenly, the lights went out. You didn't detect that anyone else was at the house.
"What the hell?" Jackson asked, switching back to human form. You went over and held onto his arm. You looked at each other, confused.
"You should probably go look outside, maybe a line broke." You suggested.
"Why me?"
"Because you can paralyze people with one little scratch, your abilities beat mine."
"Stop being right all of the time, it's annoying." Jackson told you. You smirked.
"I'll go with you then."
As you both were walking to the back door, you could have sworn you saw the candy bowl move. You stopped.
"What Y/N?"
"I swear I saw that move!" You said, pointing to the bowl.
"You're crazy."
"No, I'm not. I think someone's here."
"You can sense it?" Jackson questioned.
"Can't you?" Then something dropped from the mantel. You both jumped.
"What supernatural creatures we are." Jackson remarked. You walked back into the living room, Jackson at your hip. The lights came back on.
"BOO!" You both jump and turn around to see Derek, Isaac, Stiles, and Scott. They were laughing like no tomorrow.
"You assholes! What the hell?"
"You clearly need more training." Derek told you. You rolled your eyes.
"Jackson was the scared one." You stated.
"Was not."
"Was too."
"You two are a bunch of babies." Stiles said. You decided to play him. You knew kids would ring the doorbell any minute, so you told the boys to be quiet.
"Do you hear that?" Everyone stood still. Suddenly the long doorbell went off throughout the house. Stiles jumped. Everyone laughed.
"Scared of a little doorbell Stilinski?" Jackson mocked.
"Oh go to hell." Stiles said then walked out of the house.
"I'll see you for training at six tomorrow." Derek told you.
"No way."
"Yes way." He said then followed Stiles. Isaac and Scott followed. Jackson went to the door and gave the kids their candy, the pulled you into his arms.
"I can't believe you tried to sacrifice me." He said slightly laughing.
"I would never."
"Yeah, okay. Miss big bad werewolf."
"I'll get the fork."
"Oh my god, that was a joke!"
"Not to me." You said laughing.
"Happy Halloween gorgeous."
"Happy Halloween." You two sat in silence until Jackson broke it. He was reading your mind.
"Want to go get revenge on those asshats?"
"Hell yes."
