For months you and Brett had secretly been dating, and you were tired of keeping it a secret.
"We need to talk." You said, rushing into the boys locker room. Your school, Beacon Hills had just got done beating Brett's school in lacrosse.
"Y/N! You can't just come in here!" Brett scolded.
"I don't care! I'm tired of being your dirty little secret Brett. You won't tell anyone I'm your girlfriend because we go to rival schools, and I'm sick of it!"

"Well that's just the way it has to be." Brett told you, a stupid smirk on his face.
"Excuse me?"
"What?"
"You're such an asshole!" You shouted. "Do you not care about me? About what I feel?"
"I do, but I'm not telling people."
"Then I guess we can't be together." You said, tears in your eyes.
"Wait, what?"
"Goodbye Brett."
You walked out of the locker room and ran for your car. You couldn't believe he acted that way, and Brett could't believe he just lost you. He didn't think he'd lose his everything over this, and he was going to get you back.
