I think we all remember Lorelai's bad impression at Chilton in front of Headmaster Charleston on Rory's first Day of School (Chilton). Here's my take on what should have happened in "Lorelai's first day of Chilton".

(No one's POV)
It was the day before Rory started at Chilton. Lorelai is sitting at the Kitchen, drinking coffee and making a list of all the things (with a lot of things to do on it).
Rory came in the kitchen from her room, and when she saw the list the Lorelai is sitting at the kitchen from her mom, and when she saw the list that Lorelai was making, and said, "Mom, what are you doing?".
"I am writing down everything that we have to do before you start Chilton tomorrow".
"Oh okay", Rory responded. "Let me see that list".
"No time for that, we have to go or we will never get everything done".
