(No one's POV)

Is was a busy morning in the diner, Luke was rushing around getting the correct food to the right person. All of a sudden Jess appears from the downstairs (Luke and Jess stay in the upstairs living area, about Luke's diner). He walks right up to Luke and says, "I get to get going". Luke followed to the door, all the while wondering if he going to go to school or not. "What are you going"? "School", Luke very surprised that he was finally going to go to school.

"Okay, well have fun, and learn a lot". Luke said, opening the door of Luke's diner.

Jess snorted, at Luke, as he walked out of the diner, and toward Stars Hollow High School, which was kiddy corner to Luke's diner, and all the while Luke stood inside Luke's looking out the window just seeing if he actually went to school or not, if he's been lying to him all this time.

Jess, as soon as he's about to go into the building, he then veered to the left and walk around to the side of the school.

Luke looked on furiously, Jess had lied to him, telling him that he was going to school when he clearly wasn't going. We decided to follow him, so he temporarily closed the diner, and jumped in his truck, and starts the follow him. After 15 minutes of following Jess, Luke sees Jess finally stopping, and found out that the place where Jess was leading him was Walmart. Luke was even more upset because Walmart was where Jess was working. Luke and him had an arrangement that he went to school and he worked at Luke's , and he graduated. He had gotten that other job at Walmart without telling Luke, but he didn't mind that he got another job as long as he kept up with his side of the bargain.

Angrily, Luke drove back to the diner, he couldn't really do anything about Jess now. He was not going to go into Walmart and drag him to school. That would not help Jess and it will only make Jess more rebellious, even more then he originally was. Tomorrow morning when I will do something to keep him to keep his deal with Luke and graduate this year.

All day long, Luke was trying to go about his work, taking the orders, making the coffee and cooking the food. Also trying to courteous to everyone who come in to the diner, but he was still so mad at Jess.

All day long, he was trying to figure out about what he was going to do. All of a sudden, he thought of the perfect plan of what to do, he was going to take Jess's car and take it somewhere else, so he can't find it, and so he wouldn't be able to get to Walmart, he would have to walk there, and that would take him a good half an hour to get there, walking distance.

- That night -

After Luke was sure that Jess was asleep that right, he got out of bed, put his street clothes on and got the keys to Jess's car, walked out quietly to Jess wouldn't hear and wake up he walked downstairs through the diner opening the door to the diner, and walking where Jess probably had his car, on the side of the school.

There is was. It was right where Jess had put it so Luke wouldn't see him getting in it and not going to school.

Luke walked over to the car, unlocked it, opened the door and got into it, and began to drive it to his father's garage. Once he got it there. He thought about it, and it's and comes up with the conclusion that it's the perfect place, and Jess would never to think of putting it there, or even looking for it in there.

Luke parked it into the garage and then walked back to the diner, Jess was still asleep. Luke got back undressed and went back to bed, and all of the anger left him, for now. Lorelai had been right, Jess had been skipping school, and he remembered that he had snapped out her for even suggested that was happening. So the next time he sees her he will have to apologize to her.

- The next morning -

The next morning Luke's diner was jammed backed, Luke was rushing around, trying to handle everything himself. All of a sudden Jess comes storming into the diner's front door.

"My car was stolen", he yelled.

"What?" Luke said. He had known about the car being stolen, since he's the one that stole it but obviously he couldn't let Jess know that, and he also wanted to see if he would confess to not doing to school, and working at Walmart.

"My car was stolen. How many times I have to say it"? Jess said, getting angrier by the minute.

Luke tried to remain calm, "Well, calm down before you scare all of my customers away", said, just when Jess was picking up the phone to call the police. Luke took the phone out of his hand.

"What are you doing? I'm calling the police".

"Well hang on. Take a breath". Jess took a breath, even though he really didn't want to. He wanted to find his car.

"Now, where did leave it"? Luke said, he already knowing the answer, but curious to see if Jess would confess to parking it there, so he could ditch school and get in his car, and drive to Walmart.

"On the street. I left my car on the street". Jess told Luke. He had no idea what Luke was going on and on about.

"Well, you go on to school, and I will take care of it", Luke said.

Jess snorted at him and left, but Luke didn't call the police to report the missing car, right then. Instead, he just chuckled to himself, and went on serving customers.
