~Author's Note~

This is in "Season 5, Episode 8: The Party's Over", after Dean broke up with Rory with Logan, Colin and Finn all watching him doing it. Well what if Lorelai pulled up as soon as Dean leaves, and Lorelai has a confrontation with her parents. May contain spoilers!! Remember I don't own any characters, or the things that they say.

(No one's POV)

"I don't belong here anymore do I"? Dean saidm sadly. He turned away from Rory and paused before he got into his car (truck) and then he pulled out of Rory's grandparents's driveway. He was sad, but he felt like he didn't to let her go.

As soon as Dean pulled out, a jeep pulled in into the driveway. It was Lorelai. She was confused to see what happening. She saw Rory, looking like she was crying and there was a blonde haired boy (Logan) conforting her while a group by guys looked on, who looked concerned, like they all cared about her.

"Rory, what happened".

"Dean... he....", Rory cried, she was having a hard time talking, but Lorelai asked Rory who was still crying into Lorelai's arms.

All of a sudden, Rory pulled away from Lorelai and became very angry, with an angry look Rory stared at her, "They did this"! She said, angrily. 

"Did what, honey?", Lorelai asked, confused.

"They did everything", Rory still assisting. Lorelai was even more confused, of course, she didn't know what had happened.

"Honey, help me out here please, now tell me what happened", Lorelai said, "but let's go back into the pool house, it's a little chilly".

"Okay", Rory said. Lorelai and she, Rory and Logan all went into the poolhouse, and the others followed her.

"Now, what happened", Lorelai asked her again.

"This little party was not an Yale alumni gathering, it was a party and it was for me to meet some guys from Yale, but of course they didn't tell me that. Dean showed up to pick me and he saw me come out of the pool house, slightly tipsy and the guys followed me and he broke up with me again, in front of everyone, for the second time", Rory said, and then she started crying again. "Then Logan came up to me, and started comforting me and that's when you come".

"Oh, honey, I'm sorry". Lorelai tells Rory, then she looks up at Logan, and says, "Thank you for taking care of her, now if you will excuse me, I will now have a little talk with my parents", Lorelai said, as she was walking out of the house.

After a few minutes Lorelai came back and came back to Rory, "Honey, are you okay"?

"Yeah, Mom, I'm fine".

"Well, do you want to go home, or to stay with them"?

"Them?", Rory asked. If Lorelai was asking her if she wanted to stay with Emily and Richard, then it would be a definite no.

"I mean, whose nice boys", Lorelai said, clarifying that she most certainly was not asking if Rory wanted to stay at Emily and Richard's house, since she was also pretty upset with them for doing what they did to Rory.

"No, I want to come home with you", Rory answered. Even though Rory was grateful to Logan and his friends, she really wanted to go home and go to sleep, and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

"Okay".

Lorelai and Rory say goodbye to the boys and leave, although Rory was to drunk to drive so they just Rory's car in the driveway and Lorelai drove them home.
