~Author's Note~

This is the forth installment of this series about Rory comforting Lorelai after what happened with Luke. Also what Christopher had done. This is when Logan goes with Rory to Stars Hollow to help her to be with Lorelai.

(No one's POV)

After Rory and Logan both finished their breakfast and coffee, they walked out of Logan's apartment and got into Logan's limo service car, and rode all the way to Stars Hollow.

On the way Rory kept on looking out of the window. She was very worried about her mom, and very mad at both Emily and Christopher. Emily for inviting Christopher to her and Richard's vow renewal and at Christopher for even coming to the vow renewal, even after she had asked her dad to stay away from her, but does he listen, no, of course he doesn't do that.

After a while Logan, who noticed her not saying anything and being quiet, he reached and grabbed her hand. Responding to him, Rory turned her head and smiled at him.

"Are you okay?", he asked. She had looked distracted and concerned, and he was getting worried about her.

"Not really". 

"Anything that I can do?", he said.

Rory turns and looks very appreciative to him. "No, thanks. The fact that you would drop to spend time with your friends to help me out, with my Mom, who the last time that you met her, it went the way that it did. Yet, you still want to support me in helping her. That's a very sweet thing for you to do, and that's enough for me".

"It's my pleasure, and you don't need to thank me". 

Rory smiles at him, and puts her head on top of his shoulder. They don't say anything to each other, for the rest of the ride to Stars Hollow.

*In front of Lorelai's house*

Logan's limo finally gets to Lorelai's house, and Rory ran out of the limo and into the house. Logan followed her. She ran upstairs passing Sookie, that was waiting for her to get there, and was waiting in the living room.

She finally got to Lorelai's room, and ran in. There she saw Lorelai in her bed, tears streaming down her face. "Oh boy, Dad's really done it this time", she thought to herself as she walked to Lorelai, and crawled into bed next to her. Rory put her arm around her, and said, "Mom, what happened". She looks at me, and looks at me and tearfully says, "Luke! He's gone. He was upset about Christopher coming to the vow renewal and saying all of those things. I should've told Luke about that tequila night with Christopher, even though it was incent. I shouldn't have hid it, I should have told him", she said.

"Come on, Mom, Luke loves you he's not going to just leave".

"Yes, he is going to. He said that he needed time, and I not wanting time away from him, thinking that the longer that we spend away from each other we might never get back to normal, and then he left".

"Mom, he will come back. Now try to get some sleep".

After a little while, Lorelai settled down to get some sleep, and Rory stayed with her. After a while both Lorelai and Rory fell asleep.
