This one shot is about when after furious Luke leaving Richard and Emily's vow renewal, in "Season 5, Episode 13: Wedding Bell Blues". he leaves, and goes back to Star Hallow, Lorelai is trying to call him. Here is was I think that would go,

(Lorelai's POV)

I finally leave my parents vow renewal, I can't believe my mother told Christopher do that, to come to ruin my healthy relationship with Luke. My mom seemed every surprised that I told her that I was done with her, as if I thought it was okay of what she did.

I'm now searching for my car now, oh, I forgot Luke took my car back, so now I have to call a cab. They will be here in 30 minutes, oh, great, goody.

Ring. Ring.

"Hello, you have reached Luke Danes, please leave a message". Urgg, answering machine again, now I have to leave a message. "Beep". Good, great, now I have leave a message, to my boyfriend and I don't want to tell this to an messaging machine. Well here it goes...

"Hi Luke, it's time, Lorelai. Look, I'm really sorry about what happened tonight and I don't blame you, what happened tonight was bad. My mother invited and manipulated Christopher into coming, she thinks that Christopher and I belong together".

"So call me back, please, please, please".

"Oh, and by the way, I am never talking to mother. I can cut them off, I've done it before. Actually for 5 years after I left home with Rory, and I can do it again, now, "just please, please, call me". I hang up and walk inside the house and go up to bed. The faster that I go to bed, the faster tomorrow will come.
