Chapter 10

Jake's POV: 

We just finished eating and the whenever girl just gave us the check and I grab it and put my credit card in before Erika can even try I look up and see her glare and I send her a cheeky grin as she rolls her eyes at me.

Jake- You know if you roll your eyes on more time they might get stuck 

Erika laughs- Alright thanks for the advice 

Jake- No problem 

Erika laughs a bit and then I hear my name.

??- Oh my god your Jake Paul I am such a fan I love your vlogs I have watched them all like 3 times 

I smile at the young girl.

Jake- Really thats awesome and some dedication there 

???- Im Marie 

Jake- Well its nice to meet you so you want a picture 

Marie nods excited and I smile getting up and bending over to take the picture with her as he mom snaps it and smiles at me mouthing thanks. I nod back.

Marie- Thank you so much Jake, this means so much to me

Jake- Of course anything for you fans 

Marie then looks at Erika confused.

Marie- Whos this 

Jake- This is one of my friends Erika

Marie gives a are you sure kind of look and I laugh.

Jake- I know what your thinking her and I are just friends 

She  nods not quite sure and then says

Marie- It was so nice meeting you 

Jake - You to Marie 

I smile sitting back down as Marie leaves with her mom. 

Dallas- Awe she was so nice 

Jake- Yea sure was 

I glance over at Erika. 

Jake- Sorry you know how people are if you are known and hang out with the opposite gender you are automatically a couple 

Erika nods and laughs a bit.

Erika- Yea I got you, dont worry

Jake's POV: 

We just got back to the house and Dallas ran into the living room with Buddy who is laying on the couch and I swear smirking at me.

Jake- Buddy, I swear you are to cute to yell at 

Buddy gives me a smile I swear....I swear this dog is a human like man. I hear a laugh and see Erika laughing.

Jake- Oh and missy whats so funny

Erika- Oh nothing your just talking to the dog 

Jake- Shut up if you had this dog you would to 

I then hear a little yawn and see Dallas laying on the couch on Buddy.

Jake- I think its time for bed for both of you 

They both look at me and I smile grabbing Dallas picking her up.

Jake- Come on Bud you can sleep with Dall 

I start walking to her bedroom and hear Buddy coming behind me. 

Jake- Ill be right back Erika!

I shout to Erika and walk upstairs to Dallas's room and lay her in bed covering her up and kissing her head when she talks. 

Dallas- Daddy 

Jake- Yea princess 

Dallas- Can we hang out with Erika more I really like her shes awesome 

I smile at her and nod.

Jake- Of course Dall anything for you 

Dallas smiles- I love you Daddy 

Jake- I love you to baby so much 

I then go to Buddy kissing his head as he gets comfortable on Dallas's bed and I turn the light off smiling at them and then closing the door just enough so a little light shines in the room and head back downstairs to see Erika standing in the same spot.

Jake- You could of sat down or like moved 

Erika laughs- Oops 

I smile at her and sit on the couch and pat the spot next to me and Erika sits down. 

Erika- Well its getting late I should head home 

I nod and then realize. 

Jake- Shoot I brought you here you dont have a car 

Erika- Ill just call an uber its fine 

Jake- No , no its fine I can drive you home 

Erika- What about Dallas

Jake - Right she should be fine-  

Erika- Jake there is no way im letting you drive me home and letting your 3 year old in this house by herself 

I sigh and look at Erika knowing shes 100% right 

Jake- Yea your right okay well we have extra rooms you can stay if your comfortable with doing so 

Erika- I shouldn't I already have overstayed my welcome Jake thanks anyways 

I nod at her.

Erika- Ill just get an uber Ill be fine I promise 

I look at her gviing her an unsure expression and then sigh.

Jake- Find but im paying for it 

Erika - You cant- 

Jake- I already am 

I pull out my phone and get an uber for Erika 

Jake- It will be here in 10 minutes 

Erika- I cant believe you did that 

I give her a smile. 

Jake- My pleasure 

Erika smiles- Thanks Jake you dont have to be doing this 

Jake- I want to though 

Erika smiles at me. 

Jake- Also I want your number so you know I can make sure you get home safe 

I see Erika laugh and pull out her phone handing it to me as I put my number in her phone and she puts hers in mine. We exchange out phones back and we head to the door.

Erika- Ill see you for our next play date then 

I laugh and look at her nodding. 

Jake- I cant wait 

Erika smiles - Bye Jake 

Jake- See ya Erika

Erika opens the door and smiles at me before turning around and closing it leaving me at the door staring at it. Is it bad I miss her already...I sigh and turn around heading to my room and laying on the bed pulling out my phone and typing into Instagram Erika Costell. I am not stalking her im just casually.... looking at the modeling work she has done thats it .... And man is it good work...
