Chapter 63

Jake- Erika can I ask you something

She looks at me and nods. 

Jake- Do you really want to date me even if I already have a kid, that is not really yours biologically

Erika looks at me and gives me a smile.

Erika- Jake I don't care if you already have a kid, it does not matter to me, Dallas is awesome and I love being a part of her life, even if she is not my biological daughter.

I don't even hesitate to smash my lips to hers and smile. Erika smiles kissing back and I smile thinking, she's amazing, and could very well be my future. We soon pull away and she looks at me smiling.

Erika- If you think that I wont like you because you have a kid your wrong

Jake- Your amazing you know that, Like I don't even know what to say your perfect

Erika blushes looking at me.

Erika- Your pretty amazing your self you know

I smile at her lifting her up setting her in my lap and feeling her bare skin touch mine, and smile.

Jake- I really like you, I hope you know that

Erika- And I really like you to

I look at her and smiling. Has this girl that I met at a bar teaching me how to Love Again.

Erika's POV:

We got dressed again after we got dried off finally and got up heading back to the car. We soon get to the car and Jake puts the stuff in the back as he gets in the drivers seat.

Erika- This has been an awesome day , thank you

Jake- Oh its not over yet just you wait baby

I look at Jake as he smiles at me and starts driving away to some where else. Where else could he be bringing me.

13 and Half Minutes Later:

Erika- NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOOO JAKE NO

Jake laughs and gets out of the car coming to my side opening the door.

Jake- Come on Rik, we will be fine.

Erika- Do you not understand the definition of NO

Jake laughs and grabbing my hands pulling me out of the car... damn why does he have to be strong. He sighs as I don't move and he picks me up carrying me over to the parasailing.

Erika- Jake why do you do this to me

Jake- Because its just who I am and you love it

Erika- Oh I love it, is that why I screamed no like 50 times in the car

Jake- Yup, its called tough love buddy

I groan as we get to the part and the guy starts to teach us what to do. After about a 30 minute tutorial we start to get hooked up and I look at Jake scared. Jake grabs my hand and smiles at me.

Jake- Don't worry, we will be fine, and if we start to fall we both know how to swim

I give him a glare as he laughs.

Jake- Don't worry we wont even touch the water

Erika- We better not, there are sharks down there and you know how deadly afraid of sharks I am

He nods at me.

Jake- You have mentioned that a couple times

I glare and hit him as he laughs.

Jake- Better not do that in the air or we might tip

I look at him scared to death and slap him as he laughs.

Erika- Idiot, way to make me feel better

Jake laughs, and soon a guy gets up ready and I hear the boat start as we are put in the air as I scream and Jake laughs. Soon we are the way up and I see Jake smiling at me and I give him a smile back.

Jake- See this is not bad

Erika- Yea, don't push it

Jake laughs and smiles connecting our hands as I smile at him. If this is our first date I cant even imagine how they are going to get any better than this.

Jake- So unlike the roller coaster I don't think we can get stuck

I roll my eyes at him and he laughs.

Erika- You make everything so much better

Jake smiles at me- No you make everything so much better

We are getting closer and closer to the water and about to land when.

Jake- OH MY GOD SHARK LOOK

I look at Jake terrified and scream as Jake laughs.

Erika- ARE YOU SERIOUS

Jake- Yea look its right there

I look around not seeing it but being terrified

Erika- JAKEEEEEE

Jake continues to die of laughter.

Jake- Im just kidding, calm down

I look at him rolling my eyes and slapping him as the parasail tilts a bit and I scream as Jake laughs harder.

Jake- Oh you totally had that coming for you

Erika- I hate you

Jake- Gee love ya to

I laugh as we soon land back on the ground and I smile as they unhook us and soon we are on land and walking again.

Erika- So you excited for tonight going into tomorrow

Jake smiles at me nodding.

Jake- Its going to be lit, we got a whole section of a bar rented out for us, Team 10 take over for real

I smile and him nodding.

Erika- Damn your going to be the same age as me

Jake- Ha you cant make fun of me

Erika- I will be older in a couple months so ha

Jake- You know what whatever

Erika- And technically im still always older than you If we are-

Jake Oh shut up already

I laugh as Jake rolls his eyes.

Erika- So any more surprises coming

Jake- Oh there are always surprises when it comes to me

I sigh.

Erika- This sounds bad

Jake laughs- I was thinking we just head back and hang out till we leave for the party

I smile at him nodding.

Erika- Yea, I need to get ready

Jake- You look fine

Erika- Maybe now, but at a party im not so sure

He laughs and looks at me.

Jake- Your going to look amazing either way
