Jolan's eyes watered and nodded his head at Valentin's words, a slight smile could be seen as he buried his head in Valentin's chest.

However Jolan was a bit thrown off at Valentin's words. Wasn't Valentin's confession too fast? This mission was going too well for him, he had to be more cautious. In the meantime, he would further push their attraction and relationship so his mission would be completed faster.

Valentin took Jolan's hand and lead him to the canteen where they shared their late afternoon meal together. Afterwards Valentin took him back to their dormitory courtyard and left him in his house.

"I have something to attend to at the moment." Valentin told Jolan. "If you're tired, take a rest. If you want to meet the other disciples you're free to do so as well. Just watch out for yourself, okay?"

"Alright." Jolan said as he smiled brightly at Valentin. "When will I see you again?"

"I'll come get you this evening for dinner."

"Alright. Take care."

"See you."

Jolan stood by the door and watch as Valentin walked out of sight. He leaned against the door frame for a while before going around the courtyard to spend time with the other direct disciples of Headmaster Colo.

Jolan lost track of time when he spent time with his senior disciples, when Valentin found Jolan, he was surrounded by all eight of the disciples as they laughed and played a card game that Jolan taught them.

Although Valentin was happy to see Jolan getting along so well with the rest, he was jealous that Jolan attracted so many bees and butterflies. Valentin had to pay more attention to Jolan, just in case those bees and butterflies mean him any harm or mean to take Jolan away from Valentin.

"Jolan." Valentin said as he frowned. Valentin had been standing there for the past 10 minutes and Jolan didn't even recognise that he was there. The feeling of being ignored and unacknowledged didn't make him feel good.

"Valentin!" Jolan said as he placed his cards down and stood up. "Sorry, I have to go now. We'll play again another time, when you're all free."

Jolan left the group without even listening if they agreed or not. The moment Jolan saw Valentin's sour face, he knew he had to make it up to Valentin. So he hung on Valentin's arm and stuck close to him like glue. Jolan smiled brightly at Valentin as they talked and walked towards the canteen.

"Sit here, I'll bring our food." Valentin said as he pushed Jolan down into the seat and left to go get their dinner.

Jolan smiled and looked around him. There were around 100 student disciples sitting down and eating and a stream more of them waiting in line to get their dinner.

Jolan reviewed his memories and realized that where he sat was reserved for Headmaster Colo's direct disciples. Anyone else who sat here would be punished.

What Jolan did not realize was that there were many people who kept looking over at Jolan and whispering to their neighbor.

It wasn't until a shadow fell to Jolan's left side that he realize that there was someone there.

"You can't sit here." The boyish voice said as Jolan turned to his left. The moment Jolan saw the boy, he realized who the boy was.

The boy also had short blonde hair, like Jolan, however the boy had blue eyes instead. Their body build was quite similar however Jolan was taller and more muscled. While Jolan had handsome features with a hint of femininity, the other boy's features were plain and angular. The boy standing in front of him was no other than Joel, the Headmaster's son.
