Once Ayla arrived to Piek Town, she completely changed her look with a simple natural hair dye that would wash out in a month. She wore a veil attached to a hat, to cover her face. And her clothes were made of rich color fabrics to emulate nobility. Along with her new look, was a black cat with white paws that she held in her arms.

When she checked into Piek Town Inn, she made sure to get the best room and rented it out for a whole month. Inside of her room was a large bed, dresser, couch and dining table. It also had an attached ensuite and the room faced the main road.

Across from Piek Town Inn is the Blooming Tea House, where Nermin and her lover, Stein loved to meet everyday. From Scam System's recordings, Stein and Nermin meet at Blooming Tea House and quickly confirmed their love for one another.

After his shift as a city soldier, Stein would meet Nermin in the personal tea room and there they spend time with one another and have intercourse.

Delik had arrived a week ago to Nermin's surprise. Nermin hid the fact that she had a male lover from Delik as well as hid the fact that she was sexually involved with Delik from Stein. At the current moment, Nermin was playing both sides of the fences, however both partners are becoming aware that something is not right.

With Scam System's cat form help, the cat left a note that Raine wrote for Delik. In the note, it confirmed Delik's suspicion of Nermin's infidelity and where she could find Nermin and her lover.

Raine knew that Delik would follow Nermin and want to see if the note was true or not. Raine sat at the dining table in her room and drank tea silently. The window let the soft wind blow into her room as it carried with it the noise of the citizens living in Piek Town.

Her calm gaze was quickly drawn to Nermin walking down the street leisurely with a skip in her step and a smile on her face. She looked a lot happier than she did in Asuman Temple and she looked as if she gained some weight as well. Nermin entered the tea house and right behind her was her Junior Disciple Sister Delik, trailing after her.

Delik waited for a moment before entering the tea house. Through Scam System's surveillance Raine watched the scenes unfold before her eyes, as if she was watching a soap opera on television.

Nermin was escorted to a personal room, while Delik was brought to the room next to Nermin.

Delik waited with nervousness and denial until she heard a male's voice booming loudly with laughter in Nermin's tea room. Delik's hand stopped in the middle of drinking her tea. Her hand shook before setting the tea down and slowly standing up.

She walked towards the side of the wall that Nermin's voice and the male's voice could be heard and placed her ear next to the wall. All she could hear was muffled conversation. Only after the waitress left, did Delik hear what seemed to be Nermin's soft pleading voice and moans.

Delik could feel her heart shatter with the thought that Nermin's promises of love were just lies. That Nermin had been lying to her and to the man she was with the whole time. Delik couldn't stand being made a fool. She could not stand Nermin's lies. Let alone have another touch, kiss and hold Nermin.

Delik slowly pulled out the sword by her side and walked out of her room. She walked up to Nermin's tea room and with all her might and speed, she broke through the door and stabbed her sword forward. The sword made contact and pushed all the way through until the back of Nermin's neck hit the guard of the sword.

Delik kept pushing the two naked bodies that hugged each other until the point of the sword jabbed into the wall. Her sword had pierced through their necks, effectively killing the lovers. The lovers only had a couple of seconds to stare surprisingly into each other's eyes befre they died by bleeding out. Delik's hand shook with the last wave of adrenaline as her eyes widen at what she had done.

The realization that she killed her Senior Disciple Sister and a man finally dawned on her. Her initial road to enlightenment, to ascend to the heavens were completely derailed and no one could save her. Not even her Master.

The servant's scream behind Delik drew more attention and more people ran to the murder scene. Upon seeing a stunned Delik standing still as she stared at her hands, lost in her thoughts and disbelief that her hands took two lives away. A servant quickly ran out of the tea house to get the authorities.

When the soldiers came to Blooming Tea House to arrest Delik, she didn't fight back. She let them arrest her and put her in a dungeon.

Raine sat back in her chair and drank the tea in her cup with a comforting feeling. Half of her mission was complete. She only needed to find enlightenment and ascend to the heavens to become an Immortal to succeed her mission.

In the following weeks, several Monks from Asuman Temple arrived to Piek Town before High Master Monk Ece arrived. By the time Ece arrived, a whole inn, Shining Glass Inn, was booked for the Monks of Asuman Temple.

News of a disciple of Asuman Temple killing her own Senior Disciple Sister and a soldier spread out like fire. Rumors of the disciple sisters lewd acts were spread faster than the murder itself. The rumor of star crossed lovers between a Disciple of Asuman Temple and the soldier, and the Junior Disciple Sister's jealous rage was what killed them.

The biggest news was that the two Disciple Sisters of Asuman Temple were direct Disciples of the High Master Monk Ece. Thus why she personally came to Piek Town to settle the affair.

The authorities gave High Master Monk Ece face by letting her visit Delik personally before her trail. High Master Monk Ece visited Delik for two hours before leaving.

The next day at Delik's public trial, Delik pleaded guilty, renounced all connection to Asuman Temple and announced her apology to High Master Monk Ece and Asuman Temple. With her last words, Delik was beheaded in front of a large, cheering crowd.

Soon afterwards, the monks of Asuman Temple left Piek Town and the town went back to their own lives. Raine had stayed inside of her room the whole time. What use was it for her to go see everything for herself when she could just utilize Scam System's live feed recordings in her own comfortable room.

With three days left in her rent at Piek Town Inn, Raine stayed inside of her room and laze around the room, reading, eating, and sleeping.

For the next 8 months, Raine traveled the world as far as could could, lazily traveling by carriage or ship, while eating good food and sleeping in a comfortable room. She picked up books along the way to learn more about the world she transmigrated into and painted the beautiful scenery that her gaze beheld. She wrote to her adoptive mother at least once a month along with her paintings to let her know that Ayla was fine and enjoying herself.

By the end of her year of exploring, she left to go back to Asuman Temple and arrived just on time of her last day. The student monks and the elder monks greeted Ayla with respect. However the strange air around them caught Ayla's attention, but she continued her way towards the High Master Monk's courtyard.

"Mother!" Ayla shouted as she ran towards Ece's quarters. "Your daughter is back and she misses you!"

When Ayla barged into Ece's rooms without knocking she stopped in her tracks. What she saw completely surprised her and made her heart drop.

At the table, by the window was two women drinking tea. One, a beautiful woman with pale moonlight white hair and cold black ink eyes.

And the other woman was someone Raine could never forget, even if she wanted to. The woman had doe eyes, a straight nose and pouty lips. Her skin was fine as jade, her hair was like a black silk curtain, and her eyes were soft brown. Her appearance made others want to indulge her and spoil her.

"Scam System." Raine said softly in her mind. "Why the fuck is Bai Yu here?"
