After Evren spent all of her time and energy to heal the scars on Ayla’s face and body, Evren spent every moment by Ayla’s side, not willing to let Ayla out of her sight.  Evren took care of Ayla meticulously which made Ayla thankful, yet wary of Evren’s actions.

They had not cleared the misunderstanding between the two and with Evren’s care, made Ayla pull back from Evren even more, which in turn caused Evren to act even more overbearing towards Ayla.

The scars could hardly be seen, however Ayla hid her face under a veil and kept to herself most of the time.  Her usual happy go lucky self was now hidden from everyone. She had reverted back into her shy, unassured, distrustful self that she once was when when first arrived to Asuman Temple.

Seeing this change, Evren’s heart hurt even more, which caused her to constantly be by Ayla’s side, no matter what time, day or night, the two of them were together.  Evren refused to let Ayla be alone or feel as if she was alone.

Another six months passed before Ayla spoke to someone and that someone surprised Evren.  Evren found Ayla speaking to Disciple Nuray one day and was immediately filled with relief then quickly it was replaced with jealousy.

Evren had been treating Ayla as if she as glass and was afraid she would break if Evren did or say anything wrong towards Ayla.  Now seeing her slowly come out of her protective shell and Evren wasn’t the one she came out to first, made her feel bittersweet.

Evren stood to the side and could only watch with jealousy and longing as Ayla spoke to Disciple Nuray everyday.  Their talk had begun as short talks of 5 minutes a day then it turned into long talks which lasted 2 to 4 hours.

After a month, Evren lost her patience.  She could no longer endure Ayla ignoring her and only speaking to Disciple Nuray and she locked Ayla inside of their room, refusing to let Ayla leave.

“What are you doing?”  Ayla asked as she crossed her arms under her chest, pushing her large breasts out.

Evren’s eyes quickly zoomed on to Ayla’s bountiful breasts.  The round globes seemed to be calling to Evren and all of her good intentions were soon lost.

“Humph!”  Ayla pouted as she quickly turned around.  “Lock me inside and now you’re leering at me like a shameless miss!”

Raine couldn’t help her smile from showing through.  She knew that she was pushing Evren’s patience and today would be the day that they finally consummate their relationship.  Raine could feel Evren’s jealous gaze on her everytime she talked to Nuray.

Suddenly Evren’s strong and soft arms came around Ayla’s body, holding to her tightly.

“Are you finally willing to speak to me now?”  Evren asked as she snuggled her nose in between her neck and her shoulder. Evren took a deep breath and smiled softly at Ayla's sweet scent.  “Do you know how sad I’ve been since the day you stopped talking to me? How jealous I get when you began speaking to someone else?  How much it hurts that you ignore me?”

“But you don’t feel the same way I feel about you.”  Ayla softly said. “You only took care of me because of your promise to my mother.  You don’t…”

“When have I’ve ever said that I don’t feel the same way?”  Evren quickly cut her off. “When have I’ve ever denied you from holding my hand, embracing me, or kissing me?”

“But before…”

“The only reason why I didn’t respond to your advances were because I didn’t want to take advantage of your innocence.  I was also waiting until the threat over your safety was taken care of before I completely make you mine.” Evren confessed to her.  “I like you so much that it hurts. My heart aches every time you ignore me and sings every time you smile at me. My thoughts are completely surrounded around you, if you’re happy, if you’re sad, if you’re hungry, if you’re living well, if you’re sleeping well.  My body reacts to yours without thinking. It calls to be near you, beside you, and with you at all times. How can I not like you just as much as you like me. I have waited since the moment I met you to make you mine.”

“Then… does that mean that you love me?  Not as someone who promised my mother to look after me and take care of me, but as a woman you desire.  A woman you want to embrace. A woman you want to live beside you and be with you until the end of time.”

Evren turned Ayla around so they could look at each other.  Evren’s black ink eyes was gazing down on Ayla’s grey eyes and all Ayla saw was Evren’s soul shining through, speaking out to her soul.

“Yes.”  Evren whispered.  “No matter where you go and no matter what you become in the future, I’ll always desire you.  I’ll always want to embrace you, stand beside you, love you and protect you. I’ll follow you, until the end of time.”

Without warning, Ayla blinked and a few tears fell down her cheeks without her knowing.  Evren smiled warmly and kissed the tears away. For a split second, his Ame shined through and he knew she heard him.

Evren kissed Ayla’s face, starting from her temples, to her cheeks then finally capturing her lips.  Ayla’s trembling body held on to Evren despartely as their breaths exchanged with each other’s scent. Their yearning for one another exploded and soon their clothes fell down.

Once their skins touched each other, Ayla’s trembling stopped and a white hot fire within herself ignited.  Her succubus awoke and began to excrete desire that quickly filled up the room. Evren scooped Ayla into her arms and placed Ayla on their bed.
