Yan Mi held on to Li Mei's hand and they slowly walked in. Inside of the house was brightly lit, as all of the windows were opened and the sun shined in brightly. The receiving room was finely decorated, with paintings and tapestry on the wall, vases with flowers, and sandalwood furniture. Behind a silk screen Yan Mi saw movement and immediately knelt, bringing Li Mei down as well.

"This humble servant greets Master." Yan Mi said as she bowed her head.

Li Mei followed through with her own greeting and actions. They waited silently as their new master walked towards them slowly and stopped. Yan Mi could only see their new Master's shoe, that was finely made and embroidered.

"Mom." Linqin finally called out as she bent down and hugged her and her sister. "Don't kneel. You and Li Mei don't have to kneel from now on."

Yan Mi was stunned for a moment before hugging Li Na. Li Mei soon realize who it was as well and hugged her sister back.

The two of them cried for some time while Linqin held them. She couldn't cry even if she wanted to, she had to be strong for them. Linqin helped them stand up and sit on the couch. Yan Mi began to wipe her tears that kept falling.

"How.... how did this happen?" Yan Mi asked.

"My name is now Linqin." She told them. "To survive, I had to change my name and began a new life."

She roughly told her story to her mother and sister, skipping over a lot of details.

"So the Zither Master everyone is talking about is you?!?" Li Mei said as she opened her eyes wide. "I knew you were good, but to be considered a Master?!?"

"You haven't heard me play in a while, so you would only remember how I played last time. When I do play, you will then know why they call me a Master Zither player." She told them. "Besides, it was with my playing that I was able to by your slave contracts."

"Then I'll be thankful for you and your skills for life." Li Mei told her.

"If we want to live, we have to change our names." Linqin told them. "Sister can be Lin Liu and Mother can be Yanyu. The two homes you passed by while walking here is yours, with your own set of servants. Kei, here is my Head Steward, if you need anything he can help you."

Kei came to the door and bowed to them as he took off his mask, showing them the face of the Head Steward.

"I have 20 guards who works for me, their homes are the houses near the front of the gates. Should you decide to leave the estate to go into town, you will have to take with you at least two guards." Linqin told them. "Inside of our estate, they will be walking around our courtyards, but will never enter our homes, unless they need to."

Linqin let Kei walk her mother and sister back to their new homes, while Scam shows up in his human form and sits down in front of her.

"You holding back on me with my notifications?" Raine asked as she looked at Scam.

"Very well, since you asked for them." Scam said as he yawned.

"Okay, okay, I get it." Raine said as she smiled at him. "I just wanted the notification of my successful mission. That was all, but you're the one who had to make it so dramatic."

"What now? Do you want to stay or leave?" He asked.

"I haven't found Lui Wei yet." Raine said as she leaned against the chair. "Don't tell me he transmigrated into the Emperor, if he did, I'll kill him."

"So violent!" Scam said as he frowned at her before smiling. "I like."

Raine turns her head and looks out the window, her eyes squinting at what drew her attention.

"Looks like you have an admirer." Scam said as he followed her gaze.

"Yes." Raine agreed as she saw the man who looked over the wall, quickly go back down. "Looks like I finally found who I was looking for."

"Speak of the Devil and he shall appear."

"I know you did not just compare my Lui Wei to the Devil." Raine said as she balled her fist in front of his face.

"I take it back." Scam said as he looked at her with a hint of fear for his life. "No need for you to tell me to take it back, I already regret saying it."

Raine ruffled Scam's hair, messing it up, causing him to groan loudly and pull his head back and knock her hand away from his head.

"Alright, now that you know where your slag lover is, go play your games. If you need anything just call me." Scam told her as he walked out of her home.

"Where are you going?" Raine asked as she tilted her head to the right. "You gonna cause trouble while I'm busy with Lui Wei?"

"Please, as if I would let myself get caught doing anything illegal." Scam told her as he waved goodbye. "Have fun playing with your man."

Scam disappeared before Raine's eyes and she sighed. Now that her Scam System was all grown up, what kind of troubles will he get into now? She also knew he worried about his lost memory that he couldn't recover, but how could she help him when she's never been to Headquarters?
