Chapter 82 : The truth

Sky POV

Yesterday's dinner is intense, a man was caught cheating. I just don't get the idea why most men have the courage to cheat. I fully understand why the woman was so cross yesterday witnessing her husband is busy having a date with his mistress. Suits him well.

I will never cheat on Bianca not even in my dreams.

Speaking of her, she looks so gloomy lately. I am fully aware that I've becoming so busy lately since I really want to finish all the projects that is pilling up on my desk. I know that Bianca is busy as well that's why I don't ask her help. I also noticed that she treats me coldly most of the time but I don't want to talk about it.

Yesterday's dinner, after witnessing the huge dilemma, her voice sounds persecuting me. it sounds like she's pointing out that I also is commiting adultery behind her back which is not true.

I admit that there is one secret that I can't tell her. It is all about Margaret. I let her stay at my condo because she is pregnant. Her husband called off their marriage, living Margaret and their unborn child behind. Margaret decided to raise the child on her own but because of her situation she doesn't know what to do. She called me and asked me for help and in the same time she asked me not to tell about it to Bianca. I promised her that. I don't like the fact that I am hiding something to my wife but I am a man of my word.

After few days, I finally finished all the paper works and closed all the deal that needed to be done. I can rest assured and have our honey for three months without no worries.

I told dad about my plan and he supported me. Well in the first place he is the one who push me into this position about loving Bianca. Since we were in junior high school. I can say that he is one of a very supported father.

I inform Bianca about our get away but she doesn't seems so excited. She's just quiet the whole time in the car. The atmosphere is suffocating.

After dinner she's not also in the mood of talking. I already talk all the things I prepare to talk to during our vacation. Her silence making me so agitated.

"Bianca do we have a problem? I notice that you are not talking lately. I feel that you're avoiding me somehow. Did I do something wrong?" I asked.

"Wala lang to." she answered.

Although, she denies it, I can really tell that there is a problem. I went to hugged her back but she shoves me off. Now, I know there is a real problem.

"Come on Bianca, tell me, what's the problem?" I asked once again.

"Sabi ko nga eh diba, wala akong problema." she said.

"You are a terrible liar you know that Bianca. Come and tell me." I played a little.

But that made her angry.

" Oo na! Hindi ako kasinggaling mo mag sinungaling!" she yelled.

I got a little bit shock since she sounds angry and hurt but why is she hurt? Did I do something wrong?

I stand up and hug her but again she shove me off. She walks out going to our room and she sat at the bed.

I know Bianca, she would not create such dilemma.

I say next to her and ask her the problem.

"Tell me what's bothering you, I will try my best to solve it." I said.

She looked at me and I can say that the problem is not just about her but somehow I am part of it.

"Please Sky, sabihin mo nga sa akin ang totoo. Please." she cried.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Mahal mo pa ba ako?" she asked with sincere eyes.

I don't know why is she asking such question but according to the tone of her voice, she is really serious.

"Bianca, you don't have to ask that because I am so in love with you and you know that. I know that I've been so busy lately. But all those things are for our future. I admit that I am not the best husband in the whole world and not a perfect man. But I am trying to fulfill the gaps. Bianca, I will never hurt you." I said.

She just stared at me.

"You said that you love me, at hindi mo ako sasaktan pero sinasaktan mo na ako. Bakit parang hindi ko maramdaman na sincere lahat ng sinasabi mo." She said while crying. What is ahe talking about? I do really love her.

"What I said is true. I really love you and I will never hurt you." I said.

"Never hurt me... ginagawa mo na eh... nagsisinungaling ka na! Nambababae ka na! Tapos sabi mo na hindi mo ako sasaktan at mahal mo ako! Cut that big crap Sky! Nahuli kita na tinatago mo si Margaret sa Condo mo. Tinawagan kita about sa condo mo at ano ha! nagsinungaling ka! Nakita ko si Margaret na nasa Condo mo! At alam mo ang masakit magkakaanak na kayo kasi buntis sya." she cried so hard.

I didn't realise that letting Margaret stay at may condo will make her mad. Yes I lied about Margaret and about the condo. Because I know that it will hurt her. But I didn't realise that it is actually hurting her right now.

I feel so guilty.

"Mahal kita Sky, mahal na mahal na sobrang nasasaktan na ako. Alam mo ba na pinipilit kong kalimutan ang lahat pero hindi ko kaya." She cried and while seeing her cry my heart is breaking into thousand pieces.

"Mahal mo pa ba ako?" She wailed and drop to the floor.

My heart is breaking seeing her in this state in which I'm the one who cost her like that. I hugged her but she soccer me off but this time I hugged her tightly. She kept crying. If I just know that my action cause her line this then I should have tell her the truth.

She kept crying but I don't know how to make her stop.

"I lied about Margaret and I'm sorry about that. I should have told you everything. There is nothing between us and she isn't pregnant with me. I helped her because she doesn't know where to go. She is ashamed to face her parents because of her situation. I didn't tell to you because I thought you will misunderstood it. I'm sorry. But I'm not cheating. How could I do that especially to you? You're the best wife in the entire world. I'm so sorry that I didn't trust you more. I'm sorry. Please forgive me." I said. If I only found out this earlier then she doesn't or we are not on this type of situation.

She looked at me, "Totoo ba yang sinasabi mo?"  she still doubts.

I hugged her, "please believe me."

She stopped crying and hugged me back.

One thing for sure, I should tell all my decision to her so that she will understand.
