"So you mean, last time that you had a party Calum also ate some snickers bars and you rushed him to the hospital?" I asked Luke as we walk our way to the field, he wanted me to come and watch him practice for their football game tomorrow.

"Yeah, I don't know with that guy but he knows he's allergic but he wouldn't stop eating them. Ashton and I talked to some of the guys back in the house to not bring some in there but I guess during parties someone else brings it. I don't really know, let's just forget about it. But hey! You look hot today" He smiled,

"Oh shut up!" I rolled my eyes as he laugh, he's exaggerating I'm only wearing a shirt and my old jeans, he's delusional.

When we arrive the field, Travis was there fixing the team's water supply. Amanda was with Ashton on the bleachers and we made our way to theirs.

"Hey man! What's up? You ready for the big game tomorrow?" Ashton asked Luke.

"Yeah, I guess. Coach still not here?"

"Nah."

"What about Calum?"

"He's in the showers, oh-speak of the devil" Ashton grinned, I look behind me to see Calum dressed in his football uniform, complete gears and all.

"Hey! You feeling okay?" I asked brushing his shoulders,

"Yeah, I feel great! I think I'm going to kick some ass on tomorrow's game!" He laughed,

The rest of the time we just kept talking about random things and how stupid Calum was.

Luke excused himself to change into his jersey and wear his gears.

After a little while their coach arrive, Ashton kissed Amanda on the cheek and I can't deny that I am expecting Luke to do that to me too but he didn't.

My phone rang right before I could settle myself down next to Amanda.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Pheobear! Have you found some internship you could go to?" Connor's voice was low and I could barely hear it because of the harsh wind howling on my ear.

"Hello? Connor? No, I haven't found anything yet"

"Oh, I have something to offer you"

"Yeah? Okay what is it?"

"Meet me at the grill and we could talk about it"

"Oh sure, when?"

"Are you free now?"

I glanced over Luke who doesnt seem to care about my presence, wow, and the whole team and at Amanda who is really confused, I nodded, "Yes, I'll be on my way."

"What's up!?" I greeted Connor as I sat across the empty seat in front of him.

"Hey! You hungry? We could order something I'm paying" He smiles, the smile I haven't seen in a long while.

"Yeah sure"

An old lady took our orders and we sat in silence at first.

"Hey uh-"

"What?"

"I know I've been a bad friend and I've been ditching you, wait! Im not ditching you at all, god! That came out wrong I mean I-"

"Pheobe! Stop! Its okay! We've been both busy! Relax" He chuckled.

"I just-"

"Don't answer that, but guess what! I have good news!"
