Levi's POV

"I still can't believe they're making me accept that role. It's a joke" Odessa, or who people like to call Peachy, my current girlfriend and a filipina celebrity, walks back and forth in the living room, her hair disheveled from just having sex with me, her lips forming a frown after complaining about her manager's recent phone call.

Apparently, she was chosen for a segment of a popular TV network and she has to play a role of a crazy insane woman which she doesnt want to partake in.

Napailing na lamang ako and grab a bottle of scotch beside the desk. I poured enough amount in the glass and not a second passed by, the liquid was gone.

I poured another one before deciding to get up from the bed to grab my robe.

I need to take a shower because I reek of her smell and I dont want my guest later tonight to think I was all over Peachy today.

And that guest is Ellie.

When I saw her at the bar, all the memories came flashing back. And just like that, I couldnt stop thinking about her again.

I know she has a boyfriend and that she's inlove with Garrett and has completely forgotten about me.

Garette. Na minsan na ring nagtrabaho sa aking kumpanya. Who betrayed me and slept with the love of my life. But it was all in the past.

Pinili ng dalaga na iwan ako at hindi ako binigyan ng pagkakataong magpaliwanag.

She denied me of that. Nagkaroon pa sana ng kaunting chance na maayos kami ngunit lumisan ito at hindi na muling nagpakita sa akin.

She rejected me so many times and chose to avoid me without hearing my side of the story.

It was her choice. She chose that option. And all I could do was wallow in the dark. Drink myself to death for months. And let the people around me watch me slowly kill myself emotionally and mentally.

Magsisinungaling ako kung sinabi kong wala na akong nararamdaman para sa dalaga. Kaya naman when I saw Peachy, I thought it was her.

Flashback..

"Hey, you.." I was at a party and the alcohol began to hit me hard that I started to think I saw Ellie.

"Baby.." I called her name out but she wouldnt turn around.

She looked pretty in that red tight dress. I never saw her wear one before and just thinking about other men looking at her, I'll lose my mind.

"Ellie.." Nahihilong tugon ko at matapos ang isa pang hakbang ay nasa harapan ko na ito.

"Oh my gosh, It's Levi Maximus" I heard a woman say.

Wala akong ibang hiling kundi makausap si Ellie at mapag isa kasama nito thats why I grabbed her wrist at hinila ito patungo sa less crowded place.

Habang tumatagal ay lumalabo ang aking mata at halos matumba ako sa kalasingan pero tahimik lamang si Ellie. Hanggang sa nagsalita ito.

"Are you okay?" Her voice sounds different but I dont care. All I want is to be with her.

"You look so..pr..pretty..tonight.." I tell her and she chuckled.

"Thank you..and you look drunk.." Ellie replied pero may kakaiba rito. she didnt sound shy. She sounds confident. And my Ellie is as quiet as the wind.
