Most of the magic users possessed rather mundane powers. Or rather, as mundane as magic could be.
Other witches had access to more peculiar powers, like this witch, who would go down in history as the mythic witch.
People, young and old, poor and rich, all loved to tell grand tales. This witch could transform herself into any mythical figure, on only one condition: their tale needed to be told enough times, so there was enough "life" to them.
And if a tale ever stopped being told enough while the witch was still inhabiting one of the character's forms... Well, the consequences of that still remained to be seen.
