Silence is still the best background noise for thinking, and so it was pretty much perfect for space to be this silent, since the space witch loved nothing more than to think.
She liked to ponder enigmas both great and small, from the meaning of life to the best possible brownie recipe.
Then, however, something suddenly changed. Something big, yet unseen. And the next thing she knew, every star in the universe was screaming. Some were screams of excitement, others howls of agony.
None of them were silent, at this moment when the space witch needed to think the most.
